Elias started. His alarm clock blared at him. He groaned and hit the button as hard as he could. I've slept for 8 hours, yet it feels like I haven't slept at all. Stupid, disturbing dream. He groaned and started to get dressed.
Avery was pacing. The dream she had was so weird! She looked at her page and it was blank.
Mina jolted awake from that dream. Her recurring dream had been keeping her from doing Sure a basic thing, sleeping.

Riverpaw wiped her eyes one more time, taking a shaky deep breath. That terrible dream had woken her up again, and her big sister had come in to comfort her. Again. Luckily it wasn't the middle of the night this time. "Better?"
Riverpaw nodded, leaning into her sister's side. "Let's go downstairs and get you something to eat."
Avery sat down and sketched out what she saw in her dream.
