Nova handed over the orders and then took her apron off. Her shift had technically ended ten minutes ago, but the cafe had gotten busy. Probably for the festival… Thinking about that, she knew she had to go soon, so she'd have time to get ready for the festival. Although Nova had heard of it before, she still wasn't really sure what it was about.

Imperos sighed, "Well all of you should start going to the festival, I have to get to work," he said and finished up his coffee.

Morro looked up directions as he got dressed for a crowd "this should be fun"
Nova took a croissant from the display and began to make her way out, when she thought to get a small cup of coffee too. The cafe was still busy so she sat down and ordered her drink. She could hear some people talking about the festival. Wonder if I'll run into any of these people later heh

Adella was already in her outfit for the festival, just a regular sundress and sweater, so she slipped her headphones back on, turned up the volume, and headed over to the festival.
Nova waited for a few minutes as she watched as her coworkers made her drink. She studied the people in the cafe for a second; they seemed nice enough. They looked like they were from different places. She heard her name called and thanked Chloe as she grabbed her drink. Looks like it's time to head home!

Already in what she called a nice outfit, Ava ducked into an alleyway to make the most of the clouds there. She'd found that it was easier to use her elemental ability in alleyways and basements, as there seemed to be an abundance of clouds there for some reason. She used two clouds to form some wings and flew overhead, blending in with the sky to the festival. She might or might not arrive early, heck she didn't know. But she didn't dare pull out her phone in case she'd dropped it. Actually, that's how she broke her first two phones.

Nova made her way home, going underground mostly to avoid people. She didn't mind the crowd all that much, but considering that she was about to be surrounded by unfamiliar people, she decided to avoid them for a few minutes. Plus, it was typically quicker than taking a bus. She came back up on the same street as her apartment and went inside to freshen up and get her clothes. Nova wasn't completely sure what to wear to the festival, but she certainly couldn't go in her work clothes.

Imperos left the cafe and threw out his coffee cup on his way out. He pulled out his phone and looked through the jobs he had left to do. He didn't have many that were left undone, so maybe he could take tonight off. Though the festival can be boring at times so he decided that he would get a bit of work done. So he got in a car and drove home to grab stuff.

Nova felt her phone buzz and saw Morro's name on her screen. "Hey! You going to the festival?" She asked. She was pretty sure he was going, although they hadn't really talked about it. She had finally chosen an outfit and was just getting dressed.

Pumping his fist since she answered Morro replied cooly with some sarcasm "Yeah i'm already here need me to stomp for ya" he joked about stomping knowing she might be underground to get there without trouble
Nova laughed. "Well I'll be there soon. I had to get dressed cuz I didn't wanna go in my gross work clothes." She went underground and headed towards the festival, where Morro was impatiently waiting,

Morro got bored and started to stomp "Don't hate me but I started stomping" his laughter rang around him and the shadows almost made it visible
"Morro!" Nova knew he was joking, so she laughed too. "I already told you, I'm on my way!" She was already travelling as fast as she could and was only a few minutes away anyway. "Oh my- Morro I'm pretty sure I'm almost directly underneath you."

Morro jumped back and sat on a cloud of shadows keeping him off the ground "How so? I'm not even on the ground" he laughed as he finished his sentence and slowly stood from the cloud unruffling his shirt
