Jenna rolled the cart around, starting in "Kids Korner". She slid several Junie B. Jones books into order before migrating to Where The Wild Things Area and The Cat in the Hat. How she longed for Insurgent, but her job needed to be done.

Kenzie ran her finger across the spines of the books as she passed them, looking for Shannon Hale's "Books of Bayern" series.
Ah! Finally. The Goose Girl, she thought as she found the book she wanted. Grinning, she pulled the book off the shelf and looked for a place to sit. Well, here's as good a place as any. She sat down, her back against the bookshelf, and cracked open the book.
Vivian made so many errors in her grammar that she became frustrated. She slammed her laptop shut and stood. "I Give up!" She said, throwing her arms up in distress.
Jenna looked over to the girl who made the outburst. She has slammed her laptop shut and practically yelled, "I give up!" at the top of her lungs. She abandoned the cart and walked over. "Can I help you?"
Vivian blushed deep red. "Uh..I…No, thank you. It was just, writing problems, ya know?" she stammered. After a moment of silence she extended her hand. "I'm Vivian, but you can call me Viv."
Sydney stopped as she heard a girl yell, "I give up!" Right behind her. She turned around. "Something wrong?" She asked.

"Uh, no. Just writing problems." She smiled.
"I get it, believe me. Jenna," she said, shaking Vivian's hand.. She turned to the girl behind her. "Everything's fine."
Jason laughed out loud and then smacked his hand over his mouth. And whispered, mostly to himself, "Sorry."
Vivian turned toward the sound of a guy laughing. I guess no one can really be quiet tonight." She commented, smiling.
"If only Miss Wells could see this," Jenna whispered, going back to shelving books. "This is the most people In here all week."
He hadn't really been paying attention to the conversation but as he frantically looked to see if anyone had heard him laughing he saw a bit of a commotion.
Suddenly there was a crash and a heavy thud. Sydney and Tyler both stood up and Tyler went for his pocket. Sydney put a hand on his arm. "Not now Ty."
"She's sweet. She let's me bring my bagel and coffee in here in the mornings when I'm trying to write." Vivian smiled."So, do you work here, or..?" She asked.
Jason approached the small crowd. "Sorry about that." He whispered once within earshot.
Suddenly there was a crash and a heavy thud. Sydney and Tyler both stood up and Tyler went for his pocket. Sydney put a hand on his arm. "Not now Ty."
(As in an ominous crash and thud that should have scared the begeebers out of everyone)
Jason jumped when he heard the thud. "WHAT IN THE WORLD?" He cried out.

Vivian jumped at the sudden sound. "What was that?" She asked.

What in the world? she wondered, closing her book and standing up.
Jenna jumped, but went to go investigate. After, she was looking after the place for Miss Wells.

Tyler and Sydney started walking towards the door. But it wasn't there. "Oh no. Not this. Not now." Tyler said, loud enough for everyone to hear.
Kate ran towards the door, "What's going on?!"

Not worried about not being able to find her place again, Kenzie put the book back on the shelf. She made her way over to the spot she could hear voices floating from and found a group of people. Standing far enough away that they wouldn't immediately notice her, but close enough that she could hear them, she listened to what they were saying.
