Brenna jumped at the knock and hastily stood to answer it. Once she finally did, she grinned at Kendall.
"Hey!" She ducked under the door to see the other better.
"Hey, girl!" Kendall said happily.
Brenna stepped outside and straightened up. "Ready to go?"
"Yup!" Kendall went with Brenna back to her bike and hopped on.
Brenna followed her and hopped onto the back, wrapping her arms around Kendall's waist once she put her helmet on.
Due to the fact that it was broad daylight, Kendall didn't go as fast as she had before, but they still got to the restaurant in record time.
Brenna got off, pulling her helmet off as well. "Awesome," She complimented, grinning at Kendall.
Kendall grinned back, shaking out her pink hair after she took her helmet off. "Why, thank you."
Brenna nodded and glanced back at the restaurant. "Who's paying?"
"I am, since I invited you," Kendall said.
Brenna grinned. "Good, cuz I'm a cheapskate."
Kendall laughed and rolled her eyes as they walked in. "Woooow, Brenna."
Brenna laughed gently as she ducked under the doorframes. "I know."
After being seated and ordering their drinks, Kendall looks at the menu. "Hmmm… I'm hungry, so everything sounds good," she said.
Brenna shifted around so her legs fit and she lifted up the menu. "Hmmm…"
Kendall looked up at Brenna. "Do you know what you're going to get?"
"Yeah, I might get the chipotle shrimp."
"Hmmm… that does sound good…" Kendall mused. "I think I'm going to get the chicken empanadas."
"Mmm…" Brenna smiled. "Getting your money's worth, huh?"
"Heck to the yeah," Kendall replied with a grin. "How about we get dessert, too?"
"Yeah! Fried ice cream is the best." Brenna grinned up at Kendall from her menu.
Kendall laughed. "For sure," she agreed.
Brenna laughed too. "So, where's that waitress of ours?"
Kendall laughed and looked around. "Oh she's at that table over there… now she's heading our way."
"Awesome." Brenna grinned a little as their waitress approached.

"Hello, ladies!" the waitress said cheerfully. "Do you know what you'd like to order, or do you need some more time?"

Brenna nodded and glanced at Kendall.
"Um, I'll have the chipotle shrimp with mashed potatoes and a coke, please."
The waitress wrote it down and turned to Kendall expectantly.
"I'll take the chicken empanadas with rice and beans, please," she said. The waitress nodded and wrote it down. "I'll have that out as soon as possible for you!"
Brenna nodded and thanked the waitress, before folding up the menu and handing it to her.
The waitress leaves and Kendall turns back to Brenna. "What do you want to do tonight?" she asked. "Should I stop and get a movie or something or do you just want to hang out?"
