The Red String (Soulmate RP) [CLOSED]

Everyone has it. A red string tied to their ring finger that's other end is on their soulmate's ring finger. It's very rare for someone to be born without it. If someone's soulmate dies, the string snaps and they're left with a red string around their finger. No-one else but you and your soulmate can see the string. Some people go their whole lives trying to find their soulmate, and others find them young. We're focusing on those who find them young: the young lovers.

RULES AND INFO:

• This is a romance RP, so if you don't like romance, you should probably leave now
• As just said, this is a romance RP, so no aromantics because they defeat the purpose of the RP
• PG-13 to M, nothing too explicit or mature
• Please ask before you join the RP
• Don't start without anyone or leave anyone behind. Try to include people's characters, but don't control them.
• Be nice outside of the RP
• Do things for a reason, don't just do something for the sake of doing something. It ruins the RP when you just do something weird or pointless.
• No Mary-Sues or Gary-Stus. People have flaws, they make mistakes, and no-one likes them. I've added a 'weakness' part into the character template to hopefully stop this.
• Okay guys, listen up, I'm about to tell you all a secret… there's this thing called guys, and they exist!
• Only one character each
• We'll discuss who's whose (English is weird) soulmate before we start
• Don't be afraid to restart a scene because something went wrong
• Use proper grammar
• Make your characters different. Not everyone is bubbly and happy-go-lucky. Not everyone is the same gender or sexuality. Not everyone is white. Give your characters some diversity.
• If someone other than me says you can join, it's probably because I told them they could let you in. If I haven't told them they could, don't join until I say you can.
• If you break any of the rules, especially the one about being nice to others, you're out of the RP
