(thx) Ellie woke up in the corner of a dark room. She could just see two people standing in the doorway, peering… out? They weren't infected, then. After checking to see if she was still all in one piece, had her sword (she did find an empty canvas bag and a pocket knife), etc, she went to see who they were.
"What's up?" Marcoh whispered.
Terra ignored the comment. They neared the building where they would be soon climbing. The base was up there. "Sooooo…. Are you up for some climbing?" She asked and gestured towards a tall and towering skyscraper.
"I'm Ellie. And you are?" Ellie touched her sword at her side: a nervous tick. These people seemed like they knew what they were doing. Maybe they could team up? Ellie sighed in her head. It had been a long time since she had anyone to watch her back.
"Marcoh." He said. "We're about to leave. You coming? "
(Hullo, sorry I'm late.)
"Umm… yeah. Did you guys find anything good in the house?" Ellie said, actually thinking positive thoughts about maybe being part of a team.
"Yeah, there's still some hygiene products in the bathroom, and a few packs of rsmen, we'll wait while you collect." March ducked as the infected walked past the peephole.
"Cool, be right back." Ellie drew her sword just in case any infected were waiting in the other rooms, then dashed into the house.
Paola felt something touch her arm, she ignored it, it started moving and she awoke and opened her eyes. It was a mouse. "F-Ahh!" She screamed and quickly swatted it away. Paola looked around her surroundings, where was she?
Marcoh covered her mouth.
"Damn." He whispered , shortly after, the groan of the infected could be heard. He got low.
Ellie burst back into the room, food in her pack, with her sword drawn. "I'll draw them away, you talk to New Girl," she said to Marcoh, already running for the door.
(Still open? I'd love to join! If so…:]
Name: Max Lichen
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight
Age: 19
Personality: Protective, quiet, book smart, normally one to think before she acts.
Looks: Platinum blonde hair, one blue eye the other a blue-green. Tanned skin, a few scars along her spine and one down her chin. Freckles, 5'7 with a curvy build.
Gear: Glaive that she found in a weapons store, the pocketknife, empty backpack, and likely a black long sleeve and olive coloured cargo pants with maybe some knee pads?
Talents: Weapons training, book smart so she knows quite a bit. )
(Hop on in…)
She slowly crawled out from the tree, standing in sight of them so not to alarm them with her presence. If they did have guns, she sure as hell didn't want to get shot. She looked at them with a curious look, the small glaive on her back as she had her hands up to show she was no threat.
Marcoh pushed out the door, knocking a few infected aside, and running down the hotel hall. He grabbed everyone and dipped to the stairway.
Spoting more undead in the loby she quietly killed the few down there to provide the quick escape.
(They're already far out of the zombies' sensory rsnge. No need for that.)
(Alrighty then.)
She waited outside beside the tree, watchful for any surprises or other people.
(ah, sorry im here now)
They arrived.
"Everyone set? We gotta dip, fast!" Mar con said.
"Where am I?" Paola asked. "How did we-" She tried to stand up.
( Ugghhh where is my annoying man partner?)
"Go, let's go, we'll explain on the way, MOVE!" Ellie shouted. "You too, New Girl!" Ellie shouldered her bag and drew her sword again, holding it in front of the groggy new kid.
(may i join?)
