A male phantom thief who is also a master magician and planner; a female police officer who met when the thief was going to steal something important.

The policewoman was smart enough to know where the thief was before the other officers who didn’t trust her smart deductions. So she was the first one to have seen the thief’s true face…

And that’s where our story will start!!

The Characters~~

The Phantom Thief (Altrince)

• The thief is a wanted man by officials but also a popular figure in the online world. He’s a talented thief whose identity remains hidden. (For those who watch anime, think ‘Magic Kaito 1412’)

The Female Police Officer (Lee+Co)

• The female officer is a smart and bright individual who unfortunately has a hopeless romantic and is also regarded as inexperienced by her seniors. She will be the one to fall in love with the thief.

A Male Police Officer (SparkSpangledBanner)

• The one who completes the love triangle! This character is one who has (or will develop) a romantic crush (or relationship) with the female officer which will most likely annoy the thief.

A Detective (UnseelieKing)

• An important support character who is the female officer’s best friend, the male officer’s colleague, and the one who’s the most enthusiastic about catching the damn phantom thief.

(The Phantom Thief)

Name: Fleura Chord (Thief Code : Crescent)

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Personality: Fleura is all in all a mysterious man with a deep and secretive personality. He’s wanted by the police after all so he couldn’t have revealed a lot about himself and who he is as he used the name “Crescent” in all his stealings.

Physical Features: Standing at approximately 6’2”, Fleura is a tall pale man with an average body structure. He has brown medium-lengthened straight, dark brown hair, wide emerald green eyes. His signature feature would be his ‘attractive’ smile which the online world enjoys a lot.

Usual Clothing: As he performs his stealing, he wears a navy colored suit with a white shirt underneath, a light gray neck tie, a golden crescent moon pin placed on his suit where his heart would lie, two golden shoulders pads; one plainly curved, and the other with a golden metallic rose on its end. He also wears a navy colored cape with golden lapels and a large crescent symbol marked on its back which reflects light. He wears a helm which is shaped like a knight’s helm with a white comb and the actual helm with the same hue as his suit. The helm only covers the top half of his face, leaving his mouth visible.

Other: He will reveal more about himself as the story (and his relationship) progresses

Name: Peonie Saunders

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Personality: Peonie is a strong-minded woman who loves to look at the logical side of things. She can perhaps be a little bit naive, but she always tries her best and strives to get work done as soon as possible. Outside of work she's a more lively person who loves the thrill of trying new things.

Physical Features: Peonie is fairly short, around 5'5, with a petite figure and very fair complexion. Her long, wavy hair is a dark shade of ginger and when she is at work she always has it up in a messy bun. Her eyes are light brown and framed by geeky looking glasses.

Usual Clothing: Her work uniform consists of a beige plaid skirt that has pockets on either side, with a white long sleeved shirt, navy kitten heels, and a navy blazer. Outside of work she prefers to wear tight skinny jeans, heeled ankle boots, and plain sweaters that have oversized sleeves.

Other: It will probably be revealed as the story goes on..

(Since the first part of the story will mainly be about the thief and the female officer, I’ll get the first scenario up)

[Ruby Arc]
(20XX, Friday 24th April, 19:50)

“So… is he anywhere around yet…?”
The leader of the teams asked as the officer on the patrol bus shook his head.

“No signs of breaking in whatsoever sir” the young male officer answered as the leader sighed, sipping his coffee.

“He did say that the ‘show’ starts at 20:00… right?”

“Correct”

The leader left the patrol bus as the young hatted male officer eyed at the leader with a soft smile touching his lips.

“That damn thief is probably going to be coming from the rooftop, patrol team 1 and 2, head up there at once. Team 3 follow me to the exhibition hall… especially you Peonie” the head of the team stated, giving Peonie quite the eye.

(Note though: The male officer mentioned to be in the patrol bus isn’t your character. Your character can either be on the same team as Peonie or on one of the other teams)

(The detective can actually already be in the exhibition hall, examining the jewels around)

Team 3 of the patrol team were already in the hall before Colin went in.
One of the officers went straight to the detective and nodded in greetings.

“Here are the details we’ve got so far if you’re interested” the officer handed Colin a collection of documents which showed the structure and layout of the building, the details about the thief himself which is not even useful, and details about the gem the thief is aiming for; the Ruby Cherry.

(19:55)

The police officer shrugged.
“I’ve got to admit that I’d say the same, but that’s all we’ve got unfortunately” he laughed a bit.

Some other officers were walking around the hall, looking for anyone suspicious and they didn’t manage to find any.
“Be on the lookout, he could be anywhere” one other officer shouted to the others as they nodded and examined the line of guests.

“They sure are active aren’t they?” The officer by Colin commented with a smirk.

“You’re always like this” the officer laughed a bit as he walked to where his team was. The defenses were working normally and there seemed to be no signs of hacking or defense penetration, at least as stated by the patrol bus people.

(“Team 3 follow me to the exhibition hall… especially you Peonie”)

Peonie was silent for the most part, only giving her input when other officers asked her questions and gave her orders.
She wasn't a huge fan of being inferior to most members of her team, but they weren't likely to trust her enough with actual, useful work.
With a slight sigh, she made her way over to the team leader. "Sir, is there anything you wish me to do?" The answer was already clear to her, but it was worth a shot.

(19:58)

“The best you can do? It’s to stay still, stay put, and don’t go anywhere on your own… though I know that’s not possible…”
The team three’s leader answered with a sigh and a shake of his head.
“That thief’s not getting in here one way or another, we’ve already got several men on the rooftop so there’s no way he can get in without us noticing” the patrol team leader claimed.

There was one young male technician who had just finished his conversation with a police officer and was allowed inside the power room of the place. The technician nodded in gratitude as he walked inside the ‘not-so-well-monitored’ room with a small smile touching his lips.

Peonie's face fell a little, she really wanted to do something useful. "I see, sir. I shall post myself elsewhere just as an extra pair of eyes." As she turned away from the team leader, she gazed around the place, not entirely convinced that they had every position covered. If I were a thief, I'd fool people. She wandered around for a bit, keeping in the area so her leader could see her, but became distracted by the architecture of the ceiling and ended up bumping into someone. A technician? Why was a technician needed when all the defenses were working normally? "Pardon me," Peonie murmured, bowing her head a little in apology. When she looked back up at the man, her eyes widened a little. His face was vaguely familiar, but where had she seen it before? "I assume you know which area you are headed to?"

The technician looked back at Peonie and smiled lightly.
“The lighting system in the second zone is not working, I was called to check on it” the man answered as he continued to his way, adjusting his cap so that it covered his face with shadows. Having walked a bit further away from the female officer, the technician glanced down at his watch then at the jewel cased in glass near him.

The patrol team leader sighed heavily once.
“Well at least you’re here before that damn thief strikes” the leader said as he looked down at his watch.
“Less than a minute, what is he gonna do? We’ve got mostly everything covered” the leader was quite confident with his defenses and maybe he forgot to check the officers who were coming in and out of the place, especially that one technician who just randomly showed up and is now standing beside the Ruby Cherry.
