"I have some. if you want to pick a few out you can" He replied simply.

"Alright, let's at least see what they have." They went to the toy aisle. Charlie immediately picked up a rubber ball and wouldn't let it go. "Well, I guess he wants this one." Vixie laughed.
"seems like it. can i have it little guy?" Charlie backed up. "Come on buddy i have to pay for it" He eventually dropped the ball into Jaxon's hand and they all walked towards the front to pay.
They purchased the bowls, food, and ball and left the store. Charlie had the ball in his mouth again, and he seemed quite proud of himself.
Jaxon watched from a little bit behind the dogs at Vixie. i could get used to this he smiled at his thought and walked up to the car and stuck the food in the truck and gestured for Vixie to do teh same with the bags in her hand.
Vixie placed the bags carefully in the trunk, making sure she didn't break anything before getting back in the passenger seat with Charlie.
Jaxon put Baby in the back seat and climbed in the front, driving off towards the house.
"Well, that was fun." Charlie was gnawing contentedly on the rubber ball, laying across Vixie's lap.
"Agreed." he said setting his right arm on the center console and the left on the steering wheel.
Vixie looked at Jaxon's right arm curiously, but didn't mention it. Wonder what he's doing? Charlie dropped the ball and Vixie grabbed it off the ground for him.
Jaxon pulls in the driveway and hops out. He gets baby from the back seat and the bag of food from the trunk. He pulls out his keys and lets Baby in the house, taking her leash off at the door and leaving it open for Vixie.
Vixie walked inside, closing the door behind her. Charlie carried the ball into the house and promptly began chasing it around.
"Did you get the bowls?" he asked setting teh food on the pantry floor along with Baby's food.
"Yep." Vixie held up the bags and took the bowls out, laying them next to Baby's.
"Okay. Should we feed him now or wait until morning?" he asked, picking up a bowl and taking it to the sink and filling it.
"We should probably feed him." Vixie poured some dry food into Charlie's bowl.
Jaxon set the bowl of water next to the food and got some for Baby from the adult food bag. "well what now?" he said sitting on a stool at the counter top. "Night swimming?"
"Night swimming?" Vixie raised an eyebrow. "I'm intrigued."
"The pool. did i not show you? it has lights in it. i have extra suits upstairs in the linen closet." he said.
"That sounds like fun. The real question is why you have women's swimsuits." She smirked a bit.
"I have family members you know" he said rolling his eyes. "They only come for the pool though"
"Fair enough. Lead the way, then." Vixie made to follow Jaxon.
Jaxon stood and walked upstairs. He grabbed a few suits from the top of the shelf. One for himself and a couple so Vixie could choose one. "Go change in one of the rooms. I'll be in my room changing if you need me." he said pointing to a few rooms and then heading back towards his own.
"Alright." Vixie tried on several swimsuits until she found one that fit. It was a bikini in deep maroon. She stepped out of the room and waited for Jaxon.
Jaxon changed into a light blue trunk that went from waist to just above his knee. and grab a few towels from his bathroom. He walked out and saw Vixie standing in the hall way. "I thought you'd be downstairs with the dogs by now. im worse than a woman when it comes to changing." he said chuckling and walking down the hal way towards her.
"Yeah. I had to try on a few to find on that fit, and this was the closest to my size. Bit small, though." She pulled up the straps of the bikini.
"Looks good on you" he said wrapping an arm around her shoulders and walking them both down the stairs.
Vixie smiled and walked with him out to the pool. They hopped in together and tossed an inflatable beach ball back and forth.
When they got tired of the beach ball Jaxon started going back and forth, swimming laps. When he stopped he splashed Vixie purposly, possibly starting a splash fight.
Vixie gasped, pretending to be offended. "How dare you!" She splashed him back, laughing before she dove under the water and swam to the other side.
