The Wanderer's Resistance (Closed)

The Kingdom of Aradien is one of the most esteemed kingdoms in all the land. Its people are happy, its guards are strong, and its ruler, King Merek, is loved by all. It truly is the perfect kingdom.

That is, it's perfect until a bartender, a thief, a healer, an adventurer, a guard, and the King's only child discover that the King has been drugging the residents of the kingdom to make them obedient and willing to follow his orders. They learn that he plots against them all, and isn't the fair and just ruler he is believed to be. Of course, as it is the only real option, the ragtag group decides to plot his downfall.

Likes: Dat booty. Nah kiddin, he likes reading and calm spaces.
Dislikes: Crowded areas. If he’s in a crowded area, he’ll get itchy, but can deal.
Greatest fear: Losing someone close, as he has before.

Appearance: Paler skin with faint freckles across cheeks, nose and some on his arms and collarbone area. His eyes are a hazel color, though they lean towards a faded green. Though, he is blind in one eye, so it is a grey tone. (They appear mismatched at first.) His hair is a natural white-blonde color hair that is a bit longer, he can tuck a few short strands behind his ears. 5’10 with a leaner build and a small, faint limp in his left leg. Has a few white scars across his jaw and a few nicks on the bridge of his nose. He wears a lot of crystal bracelets and necklaces (believes in crystal healing) A few tattoos on his back as well.
Personality: Reserved and quiet when first met, and is quite polite to everyone around him He doesn’t take great care of himself. Eternally tired. Can be blunt and sarcastic. Usually on the calmer and more observant side, though he can lose his patience or temper quickly at times. Charismatic and loves to laugh. Protective and gentle with the ones he cares about.
Likes: Icarus enjoys a lot of things, though most of his favorite subjects are astronomy, small, medicinal herbs and crystal healing. Has a small leather book that his sister made for him with all of his notes inside.
Dislikes: Violence or yelling. He tends to be a calmer person, so he never enjoys fighting.
Greatest fear: Hurting someone or not being able to heal someone in time.
