“ there's nothing left to say now.”

Corbin yawned and rubbed at his eyes, looking up at Cyrus sleepily. "You good…? Bad dream?" He asked softly. "Mm… wanna talk about it?"

“ yea, pretty bad but I don't wanna talk about it.” he nuzzled corbin, kissing the crows neck softly and keeping his head in the crook of corbind neck

"Okay… anything I can do to help, then?" Corbin asked, closing his eyes again and starting to relax. He huddled close, humming softly.

“ just.. Stay with me. “ he mumbled and stayed close to corbin. “ I love you..”

"Love you too…" Corbin replied softly, wrapping his arms around Cyrus. "What time is it?"

“Mm,” Cyrus hummed as he reached for his phone. “ nine.”

"Nine…? Mmnh… I think going back to sleep is still reasonable…" Corbin mumbled. "Do you gotta go to training again today?"

“ Thankfully no.” he said “ I think next time I'm going to ask for a high ranked there, or someone who could stand up to my dad..”

"Mmmm… m'gonna stand up to your dad myself…" Corbin mumbled sleepily. "He's being… being ssstupid…"

“ babe I don't think you'll share him much.” he chuckled and snuggled into corbin

"I'm super scary!" Corbin insisted. "He'll be…" He trailed off, forgetting what he was trying to say. "Ssh… shaking in his boots." He nodded after a bit.

“ babe. Go to sleep, your tired.”

"Mmnnh…" Corbin yawned and huddled closer. "Gonna scare your dad real bad…"

“ I'm sorry, but I highly doubt that” he said and yawned

Corbin whined a bit in protest, but before long, he had fallen back asleep again.

Cyrus had fallen back asleep too, going back to having his head above corbins.

Eventually, Corbin woke up and couldn't fall back asleep. He sighed softly and turned on the TV in his room on low volume.

Cyrus woke to corbins moving, he moved his head and arms up “ mmm… You okay babe?” he said tiredly.

"Hm…? Oh, yeah… I'm fine. Just couldn't fall back asleep, so… figured I might as well watch something." Corbin shrugged, shifting to get more comfortable.

Cyrus gave a small sigh and laid his head on corbins chest, listening to the sound of his heart beat.

Corbin flushed lightly, but didn't acknowledge it much. He just switched to a cooking show and set down the remote.

Cyrus looked up at corbin, he smiled a bit at the smallers pink cheeks and laid his head back down. He wrapped his arm around corbins waist, running his thumbs over corbins side.

Corbin shivered a bit at the touch, his wings puffing up for a second. He kept his attention on the TV screen, however. His grip on Cyrus tightened slightly.

Cyrus lifted his head put again, feeling corbins grip tighten. He kissed corbin softly, ignoring the tv.

Corbin relaxed a bit, but still didn't look down at Cyrus. He just huddled up against him to get comfortable while he watched the show.

Cyrus made a soft tweet, laying his head back down and closing his wings around himself

Corbin chirped softly in reply and rested his head against Cyrus', seeming pretty relaxed and comfortable.

Cyrus smiled a bit. Keeping his arms around corbin, now and then he'd chirp, keeping himself awake.

Corbin always returned the occasional chirps, but otherwise kept quiet. He was still pretty slow and groggy from being sick, but he was at least awake.

Cyrus’s chirps became less and less frequent. He eventually fell asleep again
