"Oh, thank you," Sonya replied when Tyler helped her up, "I'm fine." She began to gather up her textbooks. "Sorry to disturb you."

(is it alright if I use an evil, sort of manipulative sociopath character, or should I use a character with good intentions?)
"Okay then, good to know you're not hurt." As he helps her pick up her textbooks, he says, "And you don't have to be sorry! I hate the subject I'm studying anyway. My name's Tyler, what's yours?" He rambled on, the natural talker he is.

(Doesn't matter to me. It's your character.)
( I think that would be cool )

"I'm Sonya," she replied, taking her books back. "Thanks," she said again. Sonya looked over at Tyler's textbook. "English? Who do you have?"

"Awesome," Theo answered, trying a new word that he had learned a while ago. He smiled at Robin as he ran a hand through his curly hair. "What are you working on?"
Robin gave a cheeky smile, sitting up more as he read Theo’s lips. “Biology. I’m not the best at it,” he said in a hesitant, slow tone, making sure eh formed his words right. (If he wasn’t looking at biology then I apologize, I don’t feel like going back to check lol)
"That's a pretty name! And don't worry, it's no problem! And I have Mrs. R for English… I don't really like her that much, if I'm being honest." He rubbed the back of his neck as he spoke.

"That's fair. I almost wish I'd picked a different major so I could avoid English," Sonya admitted, "I've been told I'm good at it, but it sure is a pain. If you ever need help with anything, or a proofreader, I'm your guy, though."

(Lmao, that's fine.)
Theo chuckled lightly at Robin's comment, rubbing his mismatched colored eyes as he glanced down at his own textbook. "Biology can sometimes be hard. I spent a couple hours last week in the library researching on our projects."

“Did you end up figuring it out?” Robin asked in the same tone. He looked at Theo’s eyes with a smile. He really liked the different colors. It was very unique.
"Yeah, luckily. What are you working on right now? The newest project?" Theo asked slowly so Robin could read his lips.

Robin hummed and nodded, setting his book on the table instead of his lap so Theo could see. “Yeah, but I’m not understanding it too much. The interpreter that the teacher hired for the class doesn’t sign too well..”
Theo nodded and leaned over, studying the words. "I have some notes if you-" He paused, trying to get the right grammar. English wasn't his first language, so it was harder for him to pair up words correctly. "I have notes if you'd like to use them." He repeated, looking up at Robin.

“Really?” Robin started, a smile forming. “That would be great. Well- only if that’s okay, if it’s not a problem.” A stammer made its way into his tone.
"It's not a problem," Theo replied, a small grin tugging the corners of his lips up when he saw Robin smile. He pulled out a piece of paper and handed it to Robin, all the notes from the class written down. "If you need notes anytime soon, just come to me."

"Oh, well thank you!" He smiled at her. "So, where are you headed off to? I wouldn't want to make you late for something important by just standing here and talking."
group
"I'm not going anywhere, really. I was just headed back to my dorm to waste time and procrastinate studying," Sonya answered, "You seem cool, though. I can't believe I haven't met you before."

(Sorry I vanished, I was gone almost all day yesterday)
Robin looked down at the paper, then up at Theo with a bright smile. “Thank you!” He said quickly, seeming a bit too excited about it. Was Theo his friend now? Or was he just being nice because he was deaf? Oh well, Robin didn’t care too much.
"Of course," Theo answered, grinning in addition to his response. He already loved seeing Robin grinning that brightly. So far, you made it through a conversation without messing up on your English. Not bad.
((Hey @NessieTheMonster, I have an out of rp question?? I was wondering if you were still in the superhero/soulmate rp, I've just noticed that you haven't posted in a while. It's okay if you aren't, I was just curious of what's going on ^^))
(I don't think I'm on it anymore. I was having a hard time keeping up with everything and all the other rps I was in. Sorry )
((Don't worry about it, I completely understand. If you ever want to join back in on it, feel free to come back. Thanks for letting me know ^^))
(Can I join???)
( K, thanks @LyraPhandomTrash )
(And, at @Lostboy2, of course)

“So, um, are you from here? I’m sorry if that sounds rude, your syllables when you speak seem a bit off,” Robin said hesitantly, rubbing at the back of his neck. That usually meant that someone had an accent, but he wasn’t too sure.
"Well, I was actually born in France. I moved here when I was thirteen," Theo answered, tilting his head to the side faintly and smiling. He didn't say much more although he already seemed to enjoy Robin's presence. "How about you?"

“Really? That’s so cool!” Robin said, his pitch getting a bit higher in his excitement. “I was born here in the US, I’m not completely sure on my ethnicity, though.”
