So… basically it’s kinda like Throne of Glass if you’ve ever read the books if not then here is a summary:
An assassin (or we can both be assassins if you want) is freeed from the salt mines on the request of the Prince/ss. Him/her father is looking for a champion to fight for him and destroy his enemies quickly and efficiently but many other lords think their champion will win.
The assassin/s has to complete the challenges and win. Seems simple, right? But a dark power is growing and soon dark magic is in place. The assassin/s and the pince/ss must win the competition and figure out what the source of this evil is before it is too late.

Caeleana was on a ship, running from the king
Rowen veared off course, heading to the city.
She reached the island and collapsed in the sand, tired from staying up for two consecutive nights.
Rowen landed on a roof top and watched the city then flew to watch the beach. When he landed, he saw a girl collapsed on the sand.
Caelaena rolled over and took a deep breath and fell asleep
Rowen flew down and changed back into his Fae form and silently walked over to inspect the the girl.
