To Gay or Not to Gay; That is the Question (one on one//closed)

Baal yawned before licking Vin's finger with his weirdly orange tongue. Vien returned a few moments later. "What should we have with our steak?" he asked

Vin laughed gently at Baal's tongue and glanced behind him at Vien. "Maybe asparagus?"

"Asparagus would be good," Vien hummed. "Do you like bacon asparagus?"

"Hmm… never had it." Vin smiled.

"Alright, bacon asparagus it is," Vien said, smiling as he walked into the kitchen to make that as well

Vin looked back at the dragon then booped him again. Ruby barked protectively and curled around Baal.

Baal curled up around her but tittered happily at the boop. He licked Vin's finger again, managing as much of a smile as he could

Vin laughed gently and stroked his head. Ruby leaned into Vin, baring her teeth.

Baal whined and nudged Ruby as if trying to tell her it was okay

Vin looked at her and tapped her nose. "I'm not gonna hurt him."

Baal purred in agreement before cuddling Ruby while also leaning forward for Vin to pet him

Vin moved his hand to Baal's head and continued stroking him. Ruby occasionally showed her teeth but didn't growl.

Baal seemed to be enjoying the petting quite a bit. Vien would occasionally run in and out of the living room, going back and forth between the asparagus and the steak

Vin sat back into the couch and withdrew his hand, looking around idly.

After a while Vien brought the cooked steak in, and he set it aside before pulling the asparagus out of the oven. "Dinner's ready," he called

Vin stood and ambled into the kitchen, sniffing the yummy smell of steak.

Vien grabbed plates and set them down on the counter. Baal perked up at the smell of food, jostling Ruby in the process

Ruby barked and hopped down off of the couch to go investigate as Vin walked over next to Vien.

Baal ambled in after her, and Vien grabbed some silverware. "Help yourself," he said before beginning to dish his plate

"Mmmm…" Vin grabbed a plate too and fished a steak onto his plate, not soon after joined by asparagus. "It smells great," Vin said happily, pecking Vien on the cheek.

Vien smiled happily. "Good to know," he hummed, pecking him on the lips in response before walking towards the table

Vin followed Vien and sat down in a chair, ready to dig in.

Vien sat down next to him. He took a bite of his steak, smiling as he did so. "Tastes pretty good," he hummed

"Tastes damn good, love," Vin mumbled through a mouthful of food.

Vien smiled a bit proudly at that. "Thanks," he said before taking another bite

Vin looked around for a drink, he swallowed his mouthful and looked at Vien. "Drinks?"

"Ah, yes. What do you want? We could just drink the leftover wine from earlier," Vien suggested as he got up

Vin nodded and took another forkful of steak.

Vien reached into the fridge to grab the wine and get some glasses

Vin shut his eyes and chewed slowly. "Mmmm…"
