"Nah, there's a whole group of us here," she said, pointing to where everyone was still standing.
"Oh. May I meet them?" Maddie asked, peeking behind Sofia to a group of people.

Sofia shrugged. "Our friend just broke her arm, they probably don't want to be around the place where it happened.
"Oh, geez. Well…" Maddie looked around the ground awkwardly. "Wanna play truth or dare?" She suggested, slightly smiling.

Yeon eventually jogged back to the others. He had helped River to the ambulance and explained to the paramedics what had happened. He had to repeat multiple things because they couldn’t understand his accent, so it took a bit longer than necessary. “River should be okay,” he said to Sofia once he got back, rolling the ‘r’ in Rivers name unknowingly as he spoke. “And who is that?” He continued, nodding towards Maddie.
Maddie stared blankly at Yeon. She awkwardly averted her eyes to the ground. As the seconds of silence passed, she finally looked up. "Maddie Klia." She stated and held out her hand.

Sofia nodded and looked at Yeon. "She got lost in the woods," she muttered.

“Nice to meet you, Maddie. I’m Yeon,” He said, taking Maddie’s hand and shaking it, winking in a playful way before letting go and sitting in the grass. “Lost, huh? Interesting.”

Sofia took a deep breath and crossed her arms, muttering something under her breath.
In the hospital river was poked and prodded unTIL they finally fixed her arm and put a cast around it. She decided to call the others and tell them she was coming back. It wasn’t far from her house she could take a bus and be at the entrance of the camping grounds in 45 mins and another 5 walking to the campsite.
Maddie gawked at Sofia. She had mumbled something, but Maddie couldn't understand. Maddie skipped over to the fire and looked back to the two. "Do you guys have any marshmallows?" She said with a goofy grin.
River finally reached the site and walked up to them. “I’m back!” She screamed
Maddie, once again, stared at the stranger. She slightly smiled, and looked down.

"River!" Sofia shouted, running over to her. "Are you okay, please tell me you're okay," she asked frantically.

“Damn, chica! You scared the hell outta’ us,” Yeon called to River, a grin on his face as he looked up in her direction.
“Yeah I’m fine! Just broke my arm. I didn’t want to be bored and alone at home, so I can back! Besides those are my marshmallows!” She shouted happily
