Oliver gave Lovena a wink and a charming grin before turning away and heading up the concrete walkway to the large cabin. Amber made a fake gagging noise in a disgusted manner.
They were now all in front of the large cabin, the porch light glowing softly. It looked decent in size, big enough to hold all of them. “Who has the key?” Oliver asked as he stepped up onto the porch.
Evelin nodded, and exchanged an exasperated glance with Jordan. "Relax, we're almost there," she said, trying to lift the group's morale. "Just think of all the fun we'll have! So stop complaining and get going!"
"Who needs a key? Just kick down the door." Jordan snaps at Oliver
"I have it, of course. You boneheads would forget where you put it," Fierte said before reaching into her pocket and grabbing the key. She unlocked the door before stepping inside
Blair followed behind everyone to make sure no one died on the way up. "Lovely wether am I right?" She called to everyone else while pushing Mavi ahead as to not leave her behind.
Mavi pulled her jacket closer around herself and listioned to everyone else ahead. She didn't want to come but Blair had insisted that it'd be quite fun. And Mavi being Mavi she couldn't say no. So her she was, cold, grumpy, and tired.
Jordan glares down at Blait, "Why are you so happy?" He snaps at her (I know I need to write more but Im rushed)

“You better not think of breaking any doors down. My parents will kill me if this place gets fucked up,” Amber had pointed out Jordan. She stepped inside behind Oliver once the door was opened.
“It is still freezing in here. There’s a fireplace, maybe we can get it going,” Oliver suggested, motioning to the giant fireplace that was off in the living room.
“And there’s the furnace in the basement,” Amber piped in.
"Got it," Fierte grumbled before beginning to make her way over to the fireplace. Lovena immediately found a couch to flop onto, taking up pretty much all of it before swaddling herself in the blanket she had borrowed

Blair returned Jordon's glare, "well pardon me for trying to be a ray of sun in this frost bitten land" Blair liked to read, and even more liked to use book quotes agents her friends.
(@A5_WICKED mind if Blair and Jordon are a bit of rivals?)

Jordan snarls at her, "Why cant you stop being annoying." His accent making sound weird. He turns to Halo, "Why are we here?"
Pandora stepped in hesitantly. "Is there a heater we could use instead?" she asked, sitting down on the couch.

“There’s the furnace in the basement. Works just as well as a heater,” Amber said, stepping into the living room.
“I’ll go and turn it on,” Oliver offered. “Someone want to come and help me?”
"I can go," Pandora offered, setting her things down. "I need to keep moving so I don't freeze to death."
Blair stuck her tung out at Jordon and mocked his accent before heading inside with Mavi close at her side. "Well this place looks nice" She said putting her bag down.
Jordan rolls her eyes, "Im more intelligent apparently." He was going off the stereo type of English people and Americans
madison was still outside in the cold air looking back in the distance where all she could see was darkness but she didn't care she kept staring

Amber went over to the fireplace to help Fierte. “I think we just need a lighter,” she said, looking at the unused wood. She shivered and looked over at the still open front door. “Maddie! Come on and shut the door, it’s fucking freezing!” She called.
Meanwhile, Oliver walked down the hall with Pandora, making his way to the basement door. He opened it, trying the light switch and saw that the bulb must be dead. “Hey, can you use your phone flashlight or something to give a bit of light?” He asked as he made his way down the rickety stairs.
(So… how exactly am I supposed to jump in?)
"Yeah, I've got one," Fierte said. She fished a lighter out of her aviator jacket before putting some of the wood in the fireplace. She lit the wood before fishing a cigarette out and using the flames to light it
(Jordan asked why they where there to Halo)
Evelin started to unpack, pulling out her organized clothes and whatnot. "Is anyone hungry? Should we make dinner?"
madison walked inside it's gonna rain madison's eyes were now gray they turned gray whenever it was gonna rain
Jordan ran up to the stairs of the cabin, "I wanna go up!" He announces to the building

(Your character could have just been with the group the whole time. You could send him to talk to someone in the living room, or he could go help with the furnace)

“I always forget that you smoke,” Amber commented. After a moment, she snatched the cigarette from Fierte, taking a quick drag before grinning and handing it back. “Parents found my stash and threw ‘em all out,” she added after blowing out a bit of smoke.
Jordan races up the stairs but pauses at the first creak of the boards below his feet
Antoine sits quietly in the corner, his azure blue eyes glancing at those around the room. He brings his knees to his chest and rests his head on his knees, looking at nothing in particular.
"That's why parents suck," Fierte hummed before taking her cigarette back. She took a long drag of it before pushing it to the corner of her mouth
Jordan takes another step on the second floor and creaks ominously again, "Uh… Hey how old is this place again?!" He calls down to the others
