"I only know one song by him, it's called Riptide."
Urban Fantasy on a Beach? Sure. (CLOSED)
"Yeah, that's a good one. I like Saturday Sun and that entire album," he shrugged, taking another sip of his water.
"I don't know what you're talking about but sure," She said with a slight laugh.
"Alright, well, I gotta get back to singing, you know how it is. Recommendations?"
"One Of The Drunks only if you want to though."
"Good choice. One of my favorites," he grinned, ruffling his pastel hair.
"But you said you couldn't choose?" She smiled back, ruffling her hair which fell into a side part.
"I said one," he responded simply, starting the song.
"Fair enough," She said before he started the song and hummed along as she scrolled through Instagram.
He took a couple more requests before going on break, buying another water.
She kept humming along to the songs she knew, still scrolling through random stuff.
He sat on the stool, chatting with another siren energetically.
Another mermaid approached Raven and she started talking with her.
He was using a lot of hand motions, the other Siren laughing.
She was laughing along with the other mermaid because of something the other mermaid said.
He beckoned to the other stool, both of them evidently agreeing on a song.
The other mermaid had to leave so she exchanged numbers with Raven before she left, and Raven went back to scrolling through her phone.
The two did more requests for about an hour, finally getting up to leave.
Still scrolling through her phone.
The siren yawned, tugging at the collar of his shirt boredly.
She closed her phone and went back to her house to find something to do.
(Oof, unsaid brb, sorry!)
He walked the long street absentmindedly, lost in thought.
(it's fine!)
She flopped down on her couch and went on her computer to find something interesting.
He ended back up at his apartment, grabbing another water from the fridge.
(Srry about that!)
She's still trying to find something to do.
(All good.)
He finished it rather quickly, leaning on the counter.
She grabbed a water from her fridge and decided to go to the beach, quickly finishing it. She turned on her motorcycle and went to the beach, walking into the water, waist level then dunking herself underwater. She swan away from the shore and went over to her friends, chatting energetically.
Corey hopped up on the counter, scrolling through his phone.
She did a fake performance, and her friends were laughing while some were clapping. She bowed down dramatically and laughed along with them.
He opened up the windows, letting in the salty breeze and loud noise.
