"I really like it, and my friends seemed to enjoy it too. You should totally check it out." Adrien had really loved the book, even more than he loved the typical teen coming of age stories. He kind of related to Charlie because he knew how it felt to be shaped by your sadness.
"Okay then, I'll check it out at the library then." Mikhail said, pecking Adrien's nose. He couldn't stop doing that for some reason.
Adrien giggled, pressing a happy kiss to Mikhail's cheek. "You should. Are you gonna tell me my dare now?"
"Sure. I dare you to shower fully clothed." Mikhail said, smiling slightly when Adrien giggled.
"How dare you! You stole my dare." Adrien hopped up from the couch and stalked off to the bathroom, praying that the water wouldn't be freezing.
Mikhail chuckled. "You deserve it, babe." He said with a slight laugh, following him to the bathroom.
"I do not." Adrien turned on the water and flinched when it came out icy. With one last resentful glare at Mikhail, he stepped under the spray. "Holy shit! This is fucking freezing! I hate this. How could you!?"
Mikhail couldn't help but laugh as he leaned against the wall and watched Adrien. "It's called revenge, love. After all, it is a dish best served cold." He said with a slight laugh, crossing his arms too.
Adrien stood under the water for five or so minutes and walked out sopping wet. It amused him- in some deep, separate part of his mind- that he could explore the near-freezing waters of the ocean in seal form and was dying of hypothermia in human form. He looked at Mikhail sulkily before he got an evil idea. "Babe, can you grab me a towel?"
"Sure." Mikhail grabbed a towel and handed it to Adrien. "So how was it?" The small smile was still on his face as he leaned against the wall.
Adrien set the towel on the counter and wrapped Mikhail in a nice soggy hug. "Just like this." Once Mikhail was suitably soaked, Adrien picked up his towel and did his best to dry off.
Mikhail squeaked in surprise when Adrien hugged him. "Why did you do that?"
"Revenge for stealing my idea." Adrien grabbed a towel for his boyfriend and then walked into his bedroom. He threw on his warmest comfiest PJs and walked back into the bathroom. "Truth or dare?"
Mikhail sighed and went to his bedroom to change into his PJ's then walked back into the bathroom, he was wearing a sweatshirt that was a bit too big on him and black sweats. "Truth."
"Where's the strangest place you've ever lived?" Adrien asked once Mikhail had rejoined him in the bathroom. He hopped up onto the counter so he could swing his feet when he got bored.
"Ummm I'm not sure, maybe the streets???" Mikhail said, making it sound more like a question. He leaned against the wall in front of Adrien as he crossed his arms.
"Pretty weird. When I was three I spent the night in an aquarium gift shop, that's kind of weird." Adrien didn't want to brush over Mikhail's time in the street, but he also didn't want to bring up some kind of painful past.
"How did you manage to do that?" Mikhail asked curiously, running a hand through his hair as he glanced around the room.
"I hid in the t-shirt rack and didn't come out until I saw my dad crying." Adrien brushed some hair out of his eyes, wishing it weren't so wet. Damn Mikhail for forcing him to take a cold shower.
"Way to go, Adrien. Way to make your father cry." Mikhail said sarcastically with a small smile on his face as he clapped.
"Oh shut up! I was a baby, I didn't know any better." Adrien playfully shoved Mikhail as far as he could from his perch on the counter, sticking out his tongue.
Mikhail squeaked in surprise when he fell off the counter and ended up on the ground. "Oh my god, Adrien, I'm dying. Save me!" He said dramatically as he held out his hand. He had an idea and he knew it was cruel but it was for payback.
Oh shit. When Mikhail started joking, Arien took a deep breath of relief before he hopped off the counter and offered his boyfriend a hand. "I'm here! Your knight in shining armor."
Mikhail grabbed Adrien's hand and yanked him onto the ground to join him, their faces inches from each other. "If you're a knight in shining armor, then this." He said, poking his chest lightly as if he was actually wearing armor. "Hasn't been through the shit it was supposed to. If it had, then your armor would have probably been muddy with a few dents."

(Sorry I've been gone. Life really caught up with me and I started majorly stressing. So much that it was really fucking with me. The worst is over now though, so I should be able to post regularly.)
Adrien squeaked as he was pulled down, pressing his hands onto Mikhail's chest for stability. "Don't do that! You scared me! And I think both of our armor has been through a lot. Maybe we should both give it a rest, huh?"
(Oh, okay then, I'm glad you're better now!)
Mikhail chuckled when Adrien squeaked, blushing slightly when he pressed his hands onto Mikhail's chest. He quickly kissed Adrien before smiling at him with a small nod. "Sounds good."

Adrien blushed when Mikhail pulled him down into a kiss, but he sighed when it was over. "Maybe we can hire a new knight to fight for us while we go off on some kind of fancy vacation. That could be nice! We could visit the Bahamas or something."

"It would be nice but do we have enough money?" Mikhail asked, a small smile on his face. He got off Adrien and sat down with his back against a wall.
Adrien laughed, moving with Mikhail until he was situated against the wall as well. "Don't ruin my fantasy with logic. We can save up for it. Wait for a sale and then- Bam! Tropical vacation."
