Sorta. In Japanese the word neko means cat, and they are mostly depicted as such, but the term has since been expanded on. Cats, wolves, foxes, and a few other things can now be called nekos.
Ahhh… so is it like having the ears and the tails or is it more of a werewolf situation? Sorry… I'm new to this sort of stuff.

Personality: very outgoing, friendly, and loving. She’s always very optimistic and excited and is always very prone to skipping and jumping up and down. Has a dark side – when she snaps her optimism reaches a sudden halt and she is found to be very pessimistic and angry and will often bite, scratch or hiss.
Appearance: marmalade blonde hair, fluffy blondish coloured and white fur cat ears, blondish fur coloured cat tail ending in white tip, short, small fangs, deep marmalade eyes, claw-like nails, button nose, light skin tone
Powers: Can speak to cats, has night vision, has better than average agility, bites hurt worse than a normal human bite.
