"It's not funny, I'm being serious. The chief might kill me or something."

"if i kill the chief ill be killed"

"Are you seriously planning on doing that?"

"if he tries to hurt you"

"Why do you even care about me?"

" i dont know" nick said

"Okay then?"

nick looked at her and smiled

Zyra blushed slightly while looking away. Damn it, stop, you can't be attracted to him, he's a vampire!

Nick coughed " well i should probally get going"

"Are you sure you can walk or do you need help?"

" i'm fine"

"Okay then."

"goodbye " and with that nick left the house

Zyra sighed and sat down on her bed.

the next day nick was in a tree

Zyra woke up and waited a bit in her house to see if the chief would come in and kill her or something.

nick was looking a saw a wolf headed towards zyra's house

Zyra was still in her house, wondering if the chief was going to come in or not. Richard (The chief) burst into her house and pinned her to the wall, choking her. "Do you understand what you did last night?!" He roared. Zyra kept struggling around, she knew she deserved it for letting a vampire stay in her house and healing him.

nick had to get his attention nick got closer to the house so maybe the chief could pick up his scent

Richard's ears twitched as he slowly let go, "Is the vampire here right now?" Zyra coughed and glanced at him, confused until she picked up a vampire's scent which was very familiar. Wait…..is Nick here? Are you serious? Zyra quietly followed Richard as he looked around the house for Nick.

Nick was away from the house in a tree watching zyra making sure she was safe

He turned around and glared at her, "Where is the vampire?" "I-I don't know, chief." Zyra kept looking around for Nick, wondering where he was.

nick turned to a bat and flew around

"Don't try to lie, Zyra." He growled. "I-I'm not lying, chief." She said, slowly backing away, he glared at her, sighed, and looked around. "Don't leave the house or I will kill you in front of everyone." He said, she nodded and quietly sat down in a chair, fiddling with the hem of her shirt.

nick had to get the chiefs attention she sqealed oa loud as he could

His ears perked up again and he kept looking around. Zyra's mind was buzzing with thoughts while she nervously fiddled with the hem of her shirt.

nick groaned and flew into the doorway not going inside but enough to get the chief's attention
