"Yes. I know exactly what to do." Emilia balanced on the edge of her seat.

“Ok, then let’s go and put our plan to action.”
Emilia nodded. "Please don't dwindle when we begin." She fell to the ground and nodded. "Godspeed, friend." She started to scream horrifically loudly and flailing as if she were having a seizure. Immediately, the nurses mulling around ran over to see if she was alright.
Rose jumped up onto the chair to grab the keys, but not without Lisa distracting her. ‘You know Jennie has been wondering where you’ve been for the last two weeks.’ “Not now Lisa.” Rose mumbled almost slipping from the chair. Rose grabbed the keys and got down fast giving a sign to Emilia that she got them. ‘Why are you helping a stranger? You would never do that.’ “I’m not helping a stranger, I’m helping Emilia.” Rose whispered back having enough of Lisa. ‘But what will she think when she finds out why you’re here?’ “She doesn’t have to find out.” Rose speaks louder than she means to.
The nurses hastily helped Emilia up to her feet, asking her intently what had caused her to fall.
"I have no idea. But I feel fine now," Emilia breathed weakly in her deep voice. No one noticed Rose's stifled conversation.
‘Are you sure? Someone always finds out, that’s why you’re here. Someone found out.’ Lisa taunts. “Look Lisa I didn’t do that you know I didn’t, we used to be friends so will you just go back to that way.” ‘Fine, but I still miss my chocolate mate.’ “Thank you.” Rose sat down in the chair she had previously been sitting in.
Emilia sat up into her chair with assistance and the nurses walked off to tell a doctor, leaving the pair alone in the room.
"Congratulations," Emilia purred gently in her deliciously deep voice. "I assume you got both keys?"
“Yep.” Rose smiled lifting up both keys but keeping them out of the nurses sight. Rose handed over the key that rightfully belonged to Emilia. “So when exactly do I meet you and where?”
"When the moonlight shines past the slate. It's when all of the nurses leave, and the only person that's left is the doctor, who usually falls asleep much earlier. The nurses always complain about him falling asleep." She rolled her eyes.
“Ok, so where do we finally escape? Like through a window or through the door.” Rose was thinking of how she might actually be able to eat and drink after escaping.
(saaaame. me in school)
"Through the back window in the cafeteria. Then we'll escape through the piping." Emilia stowed the key away into her bra.
“Ok, I’ll meet you there tonight.” Rose promised with a smile.
Emilia nodded and rose. "See you tonight. Remember, when the moonlight exceeds the slate."
(Time skip?)
(You will know it was I, Dio!)
(Don't mind me, I'm just messing around.)

(Sure)
So it's that night, and the moonlight was well past the black slate floor tile… Rose's door opened with a creak as she stepped out into the moon-filled corridor. Emilia's cell door was already cracked open, and her room was empty when Rose looked.
Rose figured Emilia must already be in the cafeteria. So she very quietly snuck down to the cafeteria as quickly as she could. She could sense Lisa behind her. “Why are you following me?” She whispered as quietly as she could muster. ‘I’m stuck here too you know.’ “What about Jennie? Can’t she follow me, I haven’t seen her in a while.” ‘She’s still mad at you, but if you look hard enough you might be able to see her in the distances of places.’ “How many time do I need to tell you I didn’t do it.” Rose saw the door to the cafeteria and walked in.
Emilia reached out and gently tapped Rose's shoulder. "Don't scream. I was waiting behind the door in case someone walked in. I need the bobby pin, and I could lockpick the back door in the kitchen."
Rose jumped but didn’t scream, she quickly got out the bobby pin and handed it over. She couldn’t believe freedom was right through the window, freedom that allowed her to eat and drink without any abuse.
Emilia led her silently to the kitchen and unlocked the lock with deft hands. She paused and looked around, and started taking the bread off of the counters. Then she led her friend out of the back door and to the grimy pipe all the way in the dark yard. "Just through here, if I've mapped it right, is a lake, which is just a mile away from a town."
“Are you ready for freedom, the real food, real water, a chance at a normal life?” Rose said so full of hope.
Emilia nodded slowly. "I suppose I am." She gave Rose some bread to hold and started sprinting towards the pipe as fast as she could. Malnourished she was, the intent of getting out of a personal hell sent adrenaline running through her veins; making her feel more alive than ever.
Rose took the bread and headed after Emilia, not once thinking about anything else besides getting to that pipe. Her only intention was get to that pipe, not knowing what she would do once she got out.
Emilia led her into the pipe and carefully tread through the reeking silence. "There's going to be a fall, soon, so brace yourself." Her voice sounded a few minutes into the treck.
“Ok.” Rose had been bracing herself for anything unexpected since the second stepped foot in the pipe. She had also been whispering an occasional comment to Lisa every now and then, not knowing if Emilia heard her or was just ignoring that fact from being in an asylum for so long.
(I’m going to sleep now)
(I went to sleep too xD)
"Alright… jump a little to your right when you hear a splash, okay?" Emilia gave no warning to what the splash would be and leaped out of the pipe into a shallow end of the lake. It made a spectacular splash in the lake, and it rippled the moonlight and water.
Rose heard the splash so she leaped to the right, just as Emilia said. Rose had become engulfed in water, creating a beautiful slpash. But thankfully she knew how to swim, so she started to tread water looking for Emilia.
Emilia looked over her shoulder. "You leaped too little. I'm over here!" She set the bread down which she was holding and waved her arms around, a few feet ahead of Rose, knee deep in water.
Rose saw Emilia and swam the short distance to her so that she could stand. “Ok, so now what do we do? It’s not like we have any place to go.” It just occurred to Rose that there was more parts to the escape after this.
