Vanished into the Hands of Darkness (Closed//Stalkers Enabled)

"Your kindness is more than enough, we weren't expecting anything at all." Rose smiled taking a bite of the burger.

Mike shrugged. "We've always wanted kids. You two were a very pleasant surprise."

Rose was practically done with the burger he had put before her moments before. "I don't think we introduced ourselves, you introduced yourselves." Rose laughed.

Mike shrugged. "Well, who are you guys?"

"Well I'm Rose, and she's Emilia. I just met her about three days ago so we barely even know each other." Rose laughed.

"Where'd you two come from?" Mike sat down across from her.

Would it be wise to tell him? Rose thought.
‘What could go wrong?’ Lisa countered.
“Well we sort of came from a hospital.” Rose figured this was close enough to the truth.

"A hospital?" Mike tilted his head.

"Ya, you know a place with sick people?"

"Yeah, but you're not dressed in hospital gowns."

"So?" Rose tried to speak as nicely as possible.

"So… that means you came from somewhere else."

"Not necessarily, I never said we were patients in the hospital."

Mike rolled his eyes. "You implied it."

“I imply a lot of things.” Rose put up a mysterious smile.

Mike laughed gently. "Of course you do."

“So,” Rose wanted to change the subject before he found out too much, “how long have you and Oliver been together?”

"Ten years. Since we met in college." Mike smiled at the memory.

"That's so cute." Rose smiled. " Do you have a cute story of how you meet in collage?"

"Well, no. We both majored in Computer Sciences and one of our professors introduced us. From that point on we did basically everything together until we discovered we had feelings for each other."

"Well that is cute."
'I wonder how you will meet the person you will marry.' Lisa walked into the room.
"I wonder that too." Rose whispered.

"Yeah, I suppose." Mike shrugged.

"So what do you guys do here in your free time?"

"We go into the countryside that's nearby, or go hiking," Mike responded happily.

"That's cool I guess."

"It's very enjoyable," Mike hummed gently.

Rose fell into an awkward silence, not knowing what to say next.

Mike took her plate. "Want another?"

"Yes please." Rose looked up and nodded.
'When do think that girl will come out of the shower?'
"Her name is Emilia and I don't know."

Mark set down her second burger, then plopped down in his chair.
