Ihna blushed and walked through the leaves, they had ventured way farther than she ever had when she finally stopped. "Well, I suppose we should walk back now."
Viking Village RP (Open)
Looking more than a little disappointed he nods. "I guess you are right"
"If you want to keep going we could, but we're about a quarter mile in."
He twirled the knife in his hands. "Well, I figured it would be smart to learn how to use some sort of weapon." Odin smiled slightly. "I can't really kill someone by throwing cabbage at them."
"No no your'e right, it is getting dark"
(Should the attack happen as they are going back?)
(Hello?)
(I'm fine with that)
(Should the attack happen as they are going back?)
//Sounds good
(Kk) As the two walked back, the sounds of screaming and the smell of smoke began to get louder. The village came into view, aflame, people running in terror, warriors clashing, the fires were roaring. Chaos.
Ihna froze in fear. Her home, burning.
Odin's farm was on the edge of the village, so it took a while for the chaos to get to him. He ran into his house, seeing that his mother was panicking. "Ma? What's wrong?" She turned towards him, fear in her eyes. "Your father went out to help fight, but I can't find Troy. You need to go find him, your sisters and I will pack some bags and leave. Get your brother." Odin nodded quickly before heading out. "Troy?! Troy, where are you?!"
"Arty! What's going on?" Ihna shouted. She was terrified out of her mind.
Odin pushed through the crowd, still yelling his brother's name. "Troy! This isn't funny, where are you?!" He narrowly dodged a large flame coming from the wall of a small hut.
Artvlak's eyes blazed, he watched as his people were slaughtered in droves and he turned to see Ihna frozen in fear. "Ihna!" He yelled over the sound. "I need you to stay here." He ran off without waiting for an answer and charged into the battle. It wasnt long before he was stopped by two unfamiliar warriors in armor who swiped at him with swords. He easily dodged their attacks and sidestepped to the right grabbed the first warrior by the head and snapped it easily, the second he grabbed his sword arm and tore it off savagely, getting sprayed with blood in the process. He then left the man to die in a pool of his own blood.
"I'm not leaving you!" Ihna yelled, following Artvlak into the fury of battle.
He turned with a fire in his eyes and blood splattered across his face and chest. "It's not safe for you here and I can't risk losing you!"
"Very funny, I can handle myself. I'm not a wimp."
Odin took out his knife as an enemy warrior approached him. Sweat covered his face, partially from the fire and partially from knowing that he couldn't beat this man. Odin backed away slightly, noticing that the man had quite a bit of armor on.
"We need to get everyone out of here."
"I'm not leaving anyone" he growled and he turned as a man swung at him with an axe which clipped his arm spraying blood. Artvlak roared and punched the man, caving his armor and sending sending him flying 25 ft. Then, picking Ihna up, he ran off towards the farming district.
"What the…."
Odin growled, slashing at the man but missing him by a few inches. The man responded by kicking him down, raising an axe above his head. Odin rolled to the side right as the axe hit the ground.

Suddenly the man stiffened and his head flew off in a splatter of blood. Where the mans head used to be was a fist the size of a bowling ball coated in blood. The mans body toppled over to reveal Artvlak standing there.
"Hiya!" Ihna said.
Odin brushed off his pants, wiping the small amount of blood that had splattered on his cheek. He nodded at Artvlak as if thanking him before looking around for his brother again.
Who are you looking for ?
(are you asking or is Artvlak?)
//Artvlak is, sorry I forgot to add quotations.
"My brother." Odin responded, barely able to be heard over the chaos.
