Artemis looked up when the Game Master cleared his throat. "Ms. Palizen, care to give the fighters a suprise?" She grinned, jogging over to him. He held up the data pad with arena settings. "Nothing too serious, okay?" She took the tablet. "Sure thing sir."
She tapped a few things and the simulation changed to a field of lava. Only a few spots where uncovered, and the lava started rising, making sure there was only one safe space and that only one person would be able to use it.
She handed it back. "The lava should only give them 3rd degree burns." He smiled. "Thank you Ms. Palizen." She winked and sat back down next to her mother.

Suddenly the floor started to move and lava started to leak out of the ground she saw that only one spot in site that wasn’t being submerged in lava and teleported to it

Ether went high in the air with on ice pillar to avoid burning, she found a dry spot and quickly made an ice bridge to it.

Asashi looked at the lava now rising. He ran to areas not being submerged in the lava, his foot being burned in the process. He winced when he used it and ran to the girl who had kicked him in the crotch. He pushed her into the rising lava. (if that's ok with you)

Tessa was shoved into the burning lava by the boy she kicked in the nuts and was getting burned trying hard not to scream in agony trying to get out of the lava, ‘It’s amazing how real this feels. It actually feels like lava’s being pored on me.’ She thought as her headset said GAME OVER

Ether shot another ice shot at Asashi but this time thicker yet sharper because of the lava, strait to the heart.

The crowd cheered. Artemis turned to smile at her mom, but her mom was still focused on Asashi. "You think he's going to win?" She asked her. Ashlyn shrugged. "He's quite skilled, so probably." She turned to face Artemis. "I'm proud of you. The Game Master seems to favor you." Artemis shrugged, lowering her voice. "Or I'm the only kid with brains here." She said gesturing to the kid who was still hooting in excitement. "Ashlyn chuckled. "Perhaps."

Tessa took off the headset and walked back to her cell ignoring the 3rd degree burns on her arms and legs and thought, ‘Welp that’s it for me today. I wonder if I’ll ever beat him. Probably not but still…’ She didn’t let the nurses touch her she just wanted to be alone and think

Ether went up high enough that she could see him and went detect above his head, ready to pounce.

Asashi looked around, "Where could she be?" he said sarcastically, Did she really think she wouldn't be noticed climbing up there?

Asashi watched as the heat from the lava melted the ice bridge and smirked, "There's lava, 'ya know!" he yelled.

She smirked. It's all going according to plan.

The grown ups started placing bets. A lot thought that Asashi would win. Ashlyn turned to Artemis. "You want to place a bet Arty?" "Really?!" She nodded. Artemis thought for a moment. "350 Asashi wins."
