Boris chuckled.

“Bird-Man has plans already. Nice. And it’s a good thing Beta-Man is here too. He’s a tech-junkie. Just peek in his room at some point. You’ll see what I mean. I might have to come up with a new nickname for him, just because of that,”Boris said, snickering.

Boris gave Keigo an amused grin.

“Yeah. Gives everyone a little extra character, and also doubles as good codenames. Funny and useful, just how I like it,”Boris replied.

(I’m rephrasing this question because it seemed a bit confusing when I reread it)
(What are you thinking? Do you want to keep the two busy with some other random, improv whatnot, or do you want Boris to finish organizing?)

(Shrug. I was thinking Keigo could go check on Jonathan next and see the maelstrom of his room, lol)

Boris finished putting up a few other tools, then looked around. He shrugged.

“I guess that’s all of it. Thanks, Bird-Man,”he said.

Jonathan twirled around in his chair, grinning wide and laughing. Most of the room was filled with boxes of various electronic equipment and the walls were covered completely by computers.

“Welcome to my cave, Captain! If you’re thinking about it, I’ve probably got it on one of these damn monitors. And trust me, this is neat. I haven’t started building more computers yet,”he said, laughing.

“Speaking of, I love Bessie. Look at the electrical map in her. She’s gorgeous!”he added, pointing to one computer with several schematics of Bessie’s electrical systems.

Jonathan grabbed his thermos, drinking for a moment.

“Should I go into it, or spare ya for now?”Jonathan asked, grinning.

“Thirty minutes? Shit! I was hoping to beat my record of fifteen minutes,”Jonathan replied, laughing.

“Anyways, yeah. I fucking love this layout. And, though it might seem chaotic, there is a method to this mayhem…”Jonathan continued, grinning slyly.

Jonathan laughed, quite amused by Keigo’s reaction.

As Keigo approached, Amelia glanced over and smiled warmly.

“You saw Beta-Man’s cave, didn’t you? I can tell,”she asked, chuckling.

Amelia giggled.

“Yeah, he loves anything electronic. And he’s been the eyes and ears of the gang since I met him, and he’s gotten worse over the years,”Amelia said with a laugh.

She leaned into him when he hugged her, content.

“I’m doing good. I love the setup. It’s less messy than the monitors in my little ship, though I can’t complain. But, it’s just fascinating,”she answered.

“Yeah. But, isn’t that always the case with larger, more high-tech ships like Bessie? And I don’t mind it. It’s a nice change, and a lovely challenge,”Amelia replied, chuckling.

Amelia hummed teasingly, then giggled.

“Sure. I could go for a nap. Lead the way, love,”she replied.

Amelia followed him, taking off her boots, and laying down next to Keigo. She snuggled up against him, smiling warmly. A yawn then abruptly hit her, and she laughed.

“I guess I was tired too,”she said, giggling.

She moaned contentedly, already starting to doze off.

Amelia woke to the comforting sensation of Keigo’s arms. She smiled, but didn’t move, wanting to savor the moment.

Amelia’s smile widened at his snores. She stayed there for a long while, still savoring the moment, until his snoring lulled her back to sleep.
