Tino sighs, shutting his eyes and kissing Patch's forehead. "If he tries splitting us up, I'll refuse the mission, simple as that. There is no way I'm leaving you alone." He says softly.

Patch groans. "You need to do what Slenderman says. He was the one who gave us a roof over our heads, food in our mouths, and a reason to live." She snuggled deeper into Tino's warm body. "I know you don't want to leave me alone, but that's going to happen sometime in your life. I may even die on a mission. You need to find a reason to live that isn't me. I love you to death, please know that, but there's going to be times that you won't be there with me, and I won't be able to be with you." She quickly gave him a kiss on the nose then sat up, crossing her legs and staring off into space. Suddenly she had a terrified look on her face. Her eyes went wide as she looked into the middle of space.

(Sorry I've been MIA for a while Bleu.)

"so can you do anything about food or should getI the doctors…." Toby moaned

"I… Am not guaranteeing anything but… I could try…"

"waffles?!" Toby looked up (yes, my boi)

"Im not sure what they have here." Takala sits back on her haunches, gnawing at her finger, talons.

(Yay! You used Toby's love of waffles!! You would not believe how many people completely ignore that aspect. face-palms)

(Eyyy, sorry I've been off today, I got a concussion yesterday and I'm healing today.)

"I know, but he also knows that you got hurt the last time we were separated. He knows I'm protective of you." He says softly, kissing her forehead. He was unwilling to let Patch go. He cared to much about her. He held her smiling as she nuzzled into him. As she was explaining that he shook his head. "Stop right there. I'm not letting you die. I'd rather die before letting you go." he whispers, kissing her forehead as he tried his hardest not to let himself get emotional. When she sat up, he looked at her with concern before sitting up as well, noticing the horrified look in her eyes. "Patch?" He asks softly, taking her hand gently.

(Eesh. My mom had a concussion once. Did not look fun. My condolences.)

Patch just continued staring. She was frozen with terror. Suddenly, when Tino took her hand, she started scrambling back, pressing herself against the wall, still staring at the same spot, she started sobbing in horror. "No! Don't! N-no! I-I'm not a monster! I'm not!" She started curling up in a ball, shaking. "P-please…" she whispered. "Don't. It hurts. It hurts so much." She was having hallucinations. A side effect of her suppressions of memories.

(Do you play a sport Bleu? Or was it just an everyday accident?)

(Everyday accident. I'm a total clutz)

Tino looks at her with concern before gently kneeling in front of her. "Patch." He whispers. "Patch, it's me, love." He whispers. "You're going to be okay, okay? Calm down. I'm right here." he whispers, not touching her since it had freaked her out.

Patch continued to shake. Tears were streaming down her face. At Tino’s words, she seemed to snap out of it, breaking her gaze away from the one spot, her arms over her head. She stared at Tino, terror still on her face. “I’m scared.” She whimpered, eyes wide.

When he realized that she had calmed down, gently he pulls her into her grasp, hushing her gently as he rocked back and forth. He kisses her forehead before looking down at her. "It's going to be okay." He whispers, kissing her forehead.

Patch just stayed frozen, letting Tino rock her gently. She was still shaking. Her fingers reached out and grasped his shirt. She pressed herself into him, staring at the spot she had been so frightened of. Still was, in fact. “Did they go away?” She whispered.

(Good luck to you and your head.)

Tino looks towards the wall before kissing her forehead and nodding slowly. He let her cling to him as he shushed her gently, telling her that it was going to be okay. "They're gone." he whispers, kissing her forehead.

Tears were still streaming down her face. She looked up at Tino, wide eyed, sniffling. "A-am I a m-monster Tino?"

He looked at her for a moment before shaking his head. "No baby. You could never be a monster." He says quietly, kissing her forehead. He pulls her into a gentle and caring grip, holding her gently.

"B-but I k-killed them…" She tried to squirm out of his grip. "W-WHAT IF I HURT YOU!?!" She was sobbing. She couldn't hurt him. She would never forgive herself. "H-HE LEFT ME!! W-WHAT IF it was my fault…" She went limp, unable to move, crying her heart out.

(Patchwork's mind is pretty much broken right now. Good luck dealing with that Tino! lol)

Tino blinks a few times before taking her arms firmly. "Patch. Look at me." He says sternly. His eyes filled with love and concern. "Baby. Look at me." He whispers. "You won't hurt me. Never. Nothing is ever your fault. Baby. Look at me."

Patch slowly looked at him, barely able to see through the tears, her emotions and ability to regulate spiraling out of her control. Slowly, some of her skin seemed to change. (Don't be alarmed. This is part of her character. Apologies if it seems weird.) Across her nose and on her right cheek, stitches came into view, slightly bloody. Similar stitches appeared around her neck, wrists and elbows. (There's also a few other places, but I'm only mentioning what Tino can see.) It looked as if the stitches were what was holding her together. They were, in fact. She normally kept them camouflaged, but she could only do that with her emotions somewhat intact. Her time spent with Tino had corroded away at her self-training. She had struggled even more, because she thought that Tino would throw her away if he knew she was broken. But she couldn't keep it up anymore. She dropped her gaze from Tino's again, and sobbed into her hands. "S-see? I-I'm a monster. I'm a f-freak."

Tino watched her change, starting a little in surprise before smiling gently at her. He held her, his hand taking hers. "Patch." He mutters softly, running a hand through her hair. "Why on earth are you ashamed?" He whispers, kissing her forehead. He didn't care about the stitches. "You're no monster, love." He looks at her with gentle black orbs, smiling softly in assurance. "You think I would leave you? Think again, love." He whispers.

Patch felt confused. How come he wasn't he disgusted of her like so many others? "W-why do you still-hic- l-love me?" She hiccuped. "Everyone else- hic- is disgusted… I'm falling- hic- apart." She looked down and played with some loose string attached to her wrist, waiting for his answer.

(Is it just me, or does Tino seem to be embracing his European side more and more? I'd like to throw a few Europen vs. American jokes in here. I enjoy those "arguments".)

(As soon as Toby finally gets to just before he kills his father, Slendy will come around and give assignments. Asher will have more to do then. Sorry you have nothing to do.)

Tino hugged her gently, kissing her forehead. "You think I judge by appearances? For God's sake, no. I love you for who you are Patch." He kisses her lips gently. "That will never change for as long as I live."

"Can you check for them?" Toby tilted his head slightly

Patch wrapped her arms around Tino's neck and tucked herself closer to him. "I hope-hic- it's for a long -hic- time." Tears were still rolling down her face, but there were a lot less than a few minutes ago. She leaned into his kiss. She liked it when he gave her affection like this. When she pulled back, she said, "Guess how much I-hic- love you?" She smiled weakly, quoting her favorite childhood storybook.
