Patch ran her fingers through his hair a couple more times, then turned to finish knitting a mass of black yarn, pausing once in a while to untangle it, humming lightly as she knit a cable. (I’m so fancy here, using ACTUAL knitting terms. Lol)

Patch knit the black sweater she was making for when Tino had to go on missions. She was stitching another design over the heart and enjoyed the warmth of the boy's body. She started to sing again, softly.

Tino slept for about an hour, resting there beside her. Even in his sleep, he didn't seem to want to let her go. His arms were always wrapped loosely around her waist.
Patch finished her knitting and held it up, examining it. She then put a hand on Tino's shoulder. "Tino, wake up. I have your present…" She was trying not to bounce in excitement.
Tino slowly peeps open an eye and sits up. He yawns softly, stretching a little to reveal his small tummy. He blinks a few times before smiling at Patch. "Hey beautiful."
Patch couldn't help herself. She poked his bellybutton as she leaned over to kiss him. "Hey handsome." She then told him, "Close you eyes and take off your sweater! I something for you!"
He giggles softly when she poked his stomach then obeys her command. He hesitantly takes off his sweater, placing it neatly on his lap.
She helped him slip on a black sweater with hemlock leaves stitched along the hem and cuffs. A skull and cross bones was over his heart. She clapped her hands happily. "What do you think?"
He smiles as he's placed in the sweater. It was warm, soft, and comfortable. He nuzzles into the warm fabric before smiling. "I love it. Thank you." He hugs her tightly.
Patch hugs him back, happy. She nuzzles her nose into his neck, relaxing into him. Suddenly a tall creature warped into the room, causing her to cower. She then realized it was Slenderman. "Hello sir…" 'Hello children.' Slendy said, 'I wanted to inform you that I have a new assignment that I would like to include the two of you in. And that is a very nice sweater Tino. I think Trenderman would approve.'

They were right about this kid being worse. Marrin studied the boy. "You wouldn't happen to know a Virgil, would you?" They ask as Asher stood up and giggled again. "Yeah! He visited Fae a few times! He was nice! He took away the fear of the younger Faeries!" He said Marrin shook their head in disapproval. "Damn Virgil, why the hell Fae?" They muttered.

He jumps when Slenderman enters the room, resulting in him holding Patch protectively. He smiles a little at Slenderman. "O-oh. Hello Sir." He says softly, gulping ever so slightly. He perks at the sound of an assignment. He looks down at his sweater and smiles. "Thank you sir." He says proudly.
"It's written on the forms."
Slenderman continues, ’A possible new proxy has been found and I believe he’s going to start killing soon. We need people in order to retrieve him and bring him back here. Takala is watching over him now. I believe you two have met her?’ Patch quickly nodded. ’Good. I would like to send you, Poison, to retrieve him and Patch, you should stay here, with your injuries, and help Sally with preparing a room for him.” Patch tipped her head. “Who’s Sally?” Slenderman replies, ”I’ll introduce her to you later.”

Asher looked up. "Mmm, watcha say?" He asked with a smirk on his face. Marrin clapped their hands together. "He taught you that?!" They asked, happy when Asher nodded. "Anyhow! Ya want to go get food?" Marrin asks, not waiting for his answer they walk out the door, Asher jumping up and following them.
Slenderman continues, ’A possible new proxy has been found and I believe he’s going to start killing soon. We need people in order to retrieve him and bring him back here. At the word of Poison something in Tino snapped. His eyes went to a violet shade, and he stood. He glances at Patch and kisses her forehead. "I trust she'll be safe?" He asks, his gaze on Slenderman.
'She couldn't be safer. Sally is a sweet child.'
Patch saw Tino's eyes change. She had had a suspicion for a while, and this confirmed it. When he kissed her forehead, she grabbed Tino's wrist and kissed him. "Come back to me. Ok?"
