"Hey Lydia." Carla said walking up next to her. "You've got all of your things together I see." She leaned against the table, glancing at one the large map.
(By the way, she can read minds on command, so she's not always just reading some random person's mind.)
Welcome to the Crew. (Closed)
"Alright! Then we're on our way!" He chuckles and stands on the bow of the ship and took a deep breath, feeling the ocean underneath them. He raised his hands slowly, feeling the boat rock underneath him. He urged the water forward and with a splash, he heard the ship move off the deck and into the ocean. He sighed softly, letting the water guide them now and leaping from the bow. "Alright, ladies and gentlemen. Off we go!"
Lydia jotted some coordinates down on a piece of paper. "Yes." She glanced up at Carla for a moment. "I do." She looked back down and continued to map out their route. Carla was nice, but Lydia was working, and Carla probably had her own job to do. She wondered for a moment if Carla was listening to her, then decided she didn't care.
Carla stood and walked off, heading below deck to make sure her weapons were all in shape. When she finished, she came back up carrying all of them in bags. She set them down and stood at the railing of the ship.
(Bump?)
(Anybody here?)
(I'm here, not sure about everyone else)
(Well…do we just continue?)
(I'm here, ish.)
(Hi)
(I'm up for continuing.)
(K. I posted a roleplay thing last, so does anyone else want to go?)
Nathan headed up to the main deck, throwing the captain a few biscuits wrapped in a cloth. "Snack. If I come back at noon and it's not eaten I'm throwing you overboard." He threatened, flicking the other
s forehead as he passed.
Calder caught the biscuits in surprise, smiling a little bit as he sniffed them. "They smell amazing, thank you Nathan." He says happily. "And I understand perfectly." He chuckles, rubbing at where his forehead was flicked. He sighed and nibbled on one before placing it back in the cloth. He helped guide the boat, humming softly to himself.
Carla sighed, the salty sea air filling her nostrils like every day. She glanced at the sky, seeing a flock of seagulls flying overhead. She was glad she had accepted Calder's offer to join the crew. She loved being on the sea.
