Welcome to the Ward (CLOSED!!!)

Ale hid, as two guards hurried past out of the lunchroom.

Fear began to well up inside her, she began to shiver and hold her head. “What if someone got hurt? Or maybe worse… a friend got hurt…”

Ale snagged a piece of glass, running over and closing the cafeteria door.
"Help me bring stuff over here!" He said, trying to move a table over.

Crystal used the rest of her strength to pick up the restraining chair, and rushed over to the door. “Will this do?” Crystal struggled and placed the chair in front of the door, blocking it.

"Yes!" Ale shouted, sitting against the barricade. A tumultuous racket could be heard from the outside. Tingles of fear rand down his spine!

Crystal ran back and grabbed another chair, she went back and blocked the door with it. Four others worked together to grab one of the picnic tables and carried it over, one of them began to sweat. “Is this good? We thought we might die so, why not help?” The others began to smile and cheer.

Ale waved, standing over the door with his glass shard pointed at it, ready to defend his friends to his last breathe.

Crystal smiled and looked at Ale, “your not going to do this alone, I won’t allow it!” Crystal took of her sweater and took out a pocket knife. “How do you think I cut myself every night? I kept this, and the stupid guards never found it!”

Ale smiled.
"I don't think we have a chance in Hell if whatever is out there manages to get in here." He said. "Those guards weren't just packing nightsticks!" He added. "They had tasers, pistols and tear-gas…"

“Well, I just feel so strong… I was trained in hand to hand combat by my brother, so I should be okay. And maybe this will help.” He hands him another pocket knife. “I have three of them on me.”

“And no matter what, we need to try! Marco always wanted to escape here and start a garden… we can’t just give up!” Crystal handed a random person the other pocket knife.

"I don't need it." Ale said, sprinkling a ziploc bag of lighter fluid on the barricade. Taking out a box of matchsticks that he got in a trade for a shiv.
A worker came out, welding a large metal stirring spoon.

Crystal’s eyes dilated, “oh god! Look out!”
Other people started to charge at the workers inside the room, just like a riot. One tried to stab the worker, when he failed, another person takeled the man.

Ale walked up, restraining him.
"Stay away!" He said. Immediately a gunshot rang through from outside the door.
Then three.

Crystal gasped, “Alec! Get away from the door!” Crystal quickly held out her pocket knife. you can do this Crystal… don’t let them hurt your friends!

The others began to gather weapons from the kitchen, forks, spoons, knives, whatever they could find really.

"I am." He said, as two more sounded.
A caterwaul and a scream.
Through the mostly unobstructed window, Ale saw a guard get ragdolled.
"Oh, Christ!"

Many others started to attack the guards coming through the door, there were about 70 in the room, only a couple guards came in at a time. When they were knock out or maybe killed, the grabbed anything on the guards and attacked them with their own weapons.

Crystal began running, she covered her eyes and impaled a guard in the brain. “Oh god… what have I done!” Crystal said sarcastically, the smell of blood rushed through her nose. I feel so… alive! Haha! I feel great! an insane expression arrived on her face.

Ale himself grabbed the gun of a guard, as the barricade lay useless now.
"Christ!" He said, managing to pistol whip one man unconsciousness before he got to one of the nicer guards.
Another caterwaul sounded.

Crystal managed to grab a taser, and started to paralyze guards, then impale them. She began to laugh insanely aloud.

Ale saw the riot fade, and with it, he walked up behind Crystal, aware of the danger, and wrapped his arms around her gently.
"It's OK." He said.

She lost her creepy expression, “Alec? Did we win?” Looking around them, many lay dead, some knocked out. The group was down to 50, the guards died off pretty quickly from the insane maniacs.

"I don't think so…" Ale said, asthe caterwauling howling noise approached.

Many of the riotmates caught there breath, and got ready to fight. Crystal tried to relax before she killed more then the guards. “More? More!” She began to laugh again. “More corpses! Haha! More murder!”

while the riot had been going on Arioch had taken his opportunity to break some skulls

Crystal calmed herself, as the hug warmed her heart. “Thank you Alec…”

Ale hugged Crytal once more before letting her go. Immediately after he let go he was caught with a swat to the face. It sent him flying, and ragdolled him
He lay there on the floor, catching sight of an immense black figure, stooping through the frame of the door, before his mind went numb. He faded into unconsciousness.
It wasn't human.
(Ale will be out of commission for a bit… Looks like it's Crystal and the mob versus some inhuman experiment!)

(An experiment got loose and a riot started in the chaos. Ale is knocked out by the experiment, and Crystal is the "final girl".
