I'm rebooting this… I've learned from my mistakes!

Sunshallow Mental Institution is more like a prison than a mental institution.
The food is slop, and it's engineered to cause complacency in those who eat it. The only real medicine is cold medicine, a few bottles of valium, amd a few codeine pills. They care little about group therapy, instead preferring to let their patients sit and rot. And the place is grime soaked, smelling more like a urinal than a real establishment.

But that's not all… What if I told you, that deep down in the guts of this sprawling hellhole… They were working on something… Experimenting… Rumors have spread… Some say that a man-beast chimera stalks the underground… Some say they stitch the corpses of failed experiments together and reanimate this monstrosity… Only the Taken know, but it's clear that something abnormal is going on… It's time that we flee… That we find actual help…

Here's Ale, slightly more fleshed out…

Name: Ale Garrison
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Bisexual
Age: 20
Reason for Admission: Had a panic attack that resulted in him almost killing himself and one other person after that person thought it would be a good idea to mess with him. Checked for depression and anxiety, they found out he has them bad. The ward stole him away from actual help.
Mental Ailments: Crippling anxiety. Crippling depression. Starting to become very bipolar at times. Issues with himself.
Appearance: 5'6", so short, 134 so light, has the awkward frame of a kitten, and remarkably symmetrical features. Azure sky/sea colored eyes, unruly, downy golden-blonde hair. He has a barcode tattoo on the back of his neck that he got.
Personality: Tender. Hilarious. Very nerdy and otaku. Cries very easily. Wants to make a difference. Sensitive. Gloomy. Brooding and altruistic. Has insecurities and hates himself, but he'll act happy for those around him. He may seem naive, but he's not. Kind of uptight in a weird way. Inept, but hardly anyone notices this.
Other: Shippable. IQ 129, GPA 4.0. Has a cat, an iguana and a guinea pig. Also has a katana and takes to kendo, which he's good at.

Name: Crystal Nicole All-Star

Age: 23
Reason for Admission?: Lost all the people she cared about, her husband divorced her, her only son was murdered, all of her friends hate her. She eventually tried to commit suicide every single day, until she found out that something was keeping her miserable. When she meets people, they always either die, or leave her.
Mental Ailments?: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, extremely low self-esteem, and is a physco path.
Personality: Very shy, timid, and an extreme introvert. Once you build a relationship with her, she will come weirdly attached to you, and be super clingy.
Appearance: Pale Female, with long curly turquoise hair. Wears a regular t-shirt with a black sweatshirt over top, along with ripped jeans, and a lab coat that also has tears on it. Has amber eyes, dark red lips, and freckles from one cheek, over her nose, to the other cheek. Always looks tired, and is usually bruised or bloody.
Likes: Cutting self, animals, plants, nice and friendly people.
Dislikes: most fruit, worms, seeing other people happy when she’s depressed, life, people who hate on people who do nothing, her childhood, and drugs.
Other: Is very skillful in combat and usually has something to cut herself with always on her.

(Basically the original but changed some things in Appearence and mortified the other part.)
