This is for all you werewolf lovers out there. I know you're there, otherwise, there wouldn't be millions of reads on those werewolf novels on Wattpad. No need to be ashamed, I too love werewolf novels. The well-written ones. Not the terribly written ones.
So this is basically all werewolf novels you read, with a few changes. Their pack is deep in the woods, so humans won't be able to find them. There's a pack house, where all unmated wolves live and mated wolves live scattered across the pack. The difference is that mates are chosen. There aren't soul fated mates chosen by the Moon Goddess. The werewolves get to choose who they want to mate with. There is an annual ball for all unmated wolves to attend and choose their mates. Not everyone chooses a mate at the ball, but the ones that are ready to mate declare it in front of everyone that attended, to make it official. Which leads to my next one, LGBT+ is encouraged. Not all the books have queer in them because their soulmates and are chosen to create the strongest bloodline and blah blah blah. But as this one is where you get to choose, LGBT+ is encouraged and wanted.
Pack Ranks:
Alpha: The Alpha is in charge of the pack. He takes care of it and does everything to ensure their safety. He helps train the warriors and meets with other Alphas to ensure peace. His life is dedicated to his pack. (Me)
Luna: The Luna is the mate of the Alpha. She holds the pack together and is shown as the motherhead. Her pack is her children. She does everything to ensure that they are well and happy. (0/1)
Beta: Second in command (1/1)
Warriors: They are the pack's defenders. They lay down their lives to protect the pack from threats and they train every day to stay strong. They have rotations on who runs patrols. (Unlimited)
Healers: Healers are there to help wounded wolves that have been wounded enough to the point they need help. Werewolves heal at a faster rate but that doesn't mean that if their intentions are falling out that they don't need help. (1/3)
Commons: These are the wolves that help keep the camp running. They own shops, fix things, cook, take care of livestock, tend the crops, etc. (Unlimited)
Pups: Pups are the children of the pack. They haven't yet shifted so they are considered pups, children. (Depends how many kids you plan on popping out.)
Omegas: Omegas are at the bottom of the ranking. And while that may be, there is nothing wrong with being an Omega. Omegas help calm the pack and keep the balance. Having so many people in power is dangerous so an Omega is necessary.
