Things long ago had ended badly between her and Jake, but since the two generally seemed to share the same friend group tried their best to at least be civil and nice towards eachother. Evan wanted nothing to do with Jake, so he got up, gathered his stuff, and headed to the library.

Cora day at the other end of the table, pen in her mouth as she mulled over a text book of some kind. While Karma would have rather been sat with her, he decided to follow after Evan to the library. Something was up with him, ever since Jake came and sat down. “What kind of look are you going for with the makeup?” he asked, eyebrow cocked. Probably best not to delve straight into the topic of what Evan had against Jake.
Tempest's focus had been on his notebook so much that he didn't even hear what Kat has said as he scribbled some corrections and edits into the score he had been working on

"Oh! This is Tempest." Evelyn said casually, her enthusiasm draining out with her words. Evan rolled his eyes as he sat down in a back corner of the library, eyes lingering just a bit too long on Karma's handsome features before digging out a book and opening it. Kat left to go find Jake, and saw him in one of the hallways, crying. what's wrong?? He looked up "N-nothing…i just ….saw this text from my mom…" he showed her the text saying that they were leaving tonight. They can't do that! fuck…what am i gonna tell everyone else? "since my mom said we're leaving all our shit except our clothes and food…..don't say anything, it's not like they'll notice…" He starts to cry harder.
