Ferran blushed and swallowed hard. "No….I can't…."

Ferran glanced at Leo, who was unreadable. "Fine….I'll tell you…."

Tia leaned back and watched him expectantly.

Ferran took a deep breath. "Okay. Things have been randomly disappearing. Some of those being a book, my cat, a statue downtown, and my sister." He glanced her. "And maybe Tia."

Tia masked her emotions. She took disguised deep breaths.

Leo laughed. "Wow you're good at covering up your emotions, Tia."

Tia glared at Leo. "Shut up. It's… complicated. So, what were you saying Ferran?"
