Alright guys, the setting is a city called Neo Arcadia, which has a cold, dry, climate, fertile soil, and it's somewhat futuristic, anything anyone want to add?

A war had been going on for as long as anyone could remember and the locals had almost gotten used to the feeling.

Skye laughed as a tiny blue dragon bowled her over. She liked being out here with the “failed experimental as her father’s bosses called them. They were adorable and friendly.

A man with dark wavy hair and forest green eyes was running down the street and carelessly crashed into Skye. "O-Oh, i-i'm so s-sorry" he stuttered. "You okay?"

“Yeah, I’m good,” she said, before realizing where they were. “How did you get in here? This is government restricted land.”

"I-um-I…wait, why are you here? Darren stammered nervously.

Asa walked the streets of Neo Arcadia, mostly taking the alleys and shady routes. There was a meeting he must to attend. He had a lecture to give that was beyond important. He sighed.

Even in routes like these, he drew attention from passers-by. And why wouldn't he. He was a damned freak after all, and being as unique as he was, could draw attention to the Rebellion. Not that it wasn't awesome.

“Answer the question or I’ll sound the alarm,” she said, eyes narrowing suspiciously.

"I'm lost I guess, now you answer me." Darren demanded before having a realization, "Don't I know you from somewhere?"

“You don’t just stumble into government territory. There are fences. Guards. How the hell did you get in?” She asked angrily. The dragon, feeling her distress, growled at Darren, trying to be ferocious.

"Why should I answer your questions!?" Darren was speaking at a normal volume but his voice was intense and defective. "You're not exactly to answer any of mine, are you?"

“Because this is a matter of national security and you’re damn lucky it was me you bumped into and not anyone else,” she hissed. “Besides, I actually had a reason to be here. That being, I live here.”

She grabbed his arm. “How did you get in?”
