Michael leaned back in his chair, trying to ignore the stares that he got from the other customers in the coffee shop. He looked at what he had written on his laptop, then sighed and deleted the entire paragraph. This is never going to work.

(Okay, I'll just make her blind then)

Zyra quietly walked into a coffee shop and she stayed quiet for a few seconds to hear where most of the noise was coming from so she could guess where the counter was, sighing in relief when she headed over to where she thought there was a counter since it was the nosiest place in the cafe. "Hello, welcome to {cafe name}, what would you like?" She sighed in relief when she heard that and smiled in the direction she heard the voice. "I'll just have an espresso," She said sweetly.

"Will that be all?" the cashier asked, looking at the girl. Well, more accurately, the girl's thick, wraparound sunglasses. She couldn't see the girl's eyes at all.

“Yep!” Zyra answered, smiling at the cashier. She had worked as a cashier before she was blind and she knew how stressful it was. She put her hand into her pocket to find her wallet and took out her credit card, she rarely had money with her since it was near impossible for her to tell how much money she had and which was which. She skimmed her hand over the credit card to make sure it was the right one because they had brialle on them, handing it to the cashier when she determined it was the right one.

"That'll be 3.99, thank you," the cashier replied. "Will that be to go or do you want to have it here?"
(maybe the only other open seat is at michael's table? idk)

"I'll have it here," Zyra answered, fiddling with her fingers for no reason. She had a short attention span and got bored very easily.

Michael looked up at the girl absentmindedly as the strains of conversation reached his ears. Wait a second… He looked around to see that all of the other tables were full, and his was the only one left. Oh, no.

Zyra thanked the woman when she was handed her coffee and her credit card, turning around and looking at the mass of colors. She wasn't sure if there were any empty seats or not so she went over to a random person and asked them if there were any empty seats left since she was blind.
