YAS ok So I was thinking maybe something like everyone lives in these big, walled cities and are told that there's nothing beyond them, and that the Government should be Trusted at All Costs. Everything's about conformity. Except, there's a glitch in the system. Every one out of 300 kids is born with a genetic mutation- powers. The cost of these powers is death. They have to band together and escape? Sounds badass, I guess
