Wholock, anyone? (CLOSED)

The Doctor rolled his eyes a little, “Yeah, so will you travel with us?” He asked again.

"I suppose so. It's pretty boring here."

“Cool, what about you, John?” He turned to the short man.
“If he goes, I go so yeah, I’ll come.”

"John, Sherlock, Doctor, TARDIS. Let's not dawdle!" she said, beckoning them along.

“Coming.” The Doctor called, giving John and Sherlock an exasperated look before following Clara into the TARDIS.

Sherlock walked into the TARDIS, a slight unintentional eagerness in his step.

“So, where do we want to go?” The Doctor asked, flicking switches around the console.

"Somewhere with monsters and things blowing up. Some action!" Clara said, but Sherlock interrupted. "Let's do something a little more relaxed and easygoing since this is John's first time out." he said.

“Nah, let’s go with Clara’s idea.” John said, smiling as he walked over and stood next to her.
“Action it is then.” He response, grinning as he placed in some coordinates and set the TARDIS flying.

"Well, action it is then, I suppose. Just nothing to dangerous, I don't want my doctor getting hurt. At least John is a real doctor, he actually has a medical degree." Sherlock smirked.

“Oh- well, shut up!” The Doctor said landing the TARDIS, “World War two! Thought we’d pay an old friend a visit.”

"World war…. what?" Sherlock asked. "Are you kidding me?"

“They wanted action and we are in the middle of it, the cabinet war rooms in London,” He explained

"Actually, I was thinking something a bit more exciting and not involving the bloody Holocaust, if you must know." he said.

“Churchill is an old friend, we are quite safe and have the TARDIS if we need to make a quick get away.”

"Didn't Churchill also ally with the daleks? You told me about that at one point , you were with amy (the most wonderful woman in the world) and Rory correct?"

“He didn’t know that at the time, it was a complicated situation and let’s hope he hasn’t done it again.”

"Fair enough." Sherlock said, internally grumbling.

When they stepped out, they weren’t greeted by soldiers like the last time they were there. This time, there was no one, “Strange.”

"Doctor, what point in time did we land? How far has the war progressed, exactly?" Clara asked.

“It’s around June 1940, France has been invaded and Churchill is prime minister.”

"Right. So where is everyone?" she said.

“I’m not sure.” He admitted, “Normally Churchill is here within minutes of landing and he isn’t.”

"Right. So what happened to everyone?"

“I’m not sure…” The Doctor admitted walking into the corridor where again, there was no people.

"Well, when in doubt go looking for trouble." Clara chirped. "Let's look around, see what we can find."

“Stay together, we don’t know what could happen.” John said, picking up a file from a near by table.

"Ooh, look at that. A file." Clara said, skipping towards John. "Let's see what it contains?" she asked.

Inside where files on the enigma machine, “Enigma? Then it’s around 1939 if Alan Turing hasn’t solved enigma yet.”
