The woman scowls, “Yes I do! I had to give birth to that waste and raise it!” She storms to the bedroom, banging on the door. “OPEN THIS DAMN DOOR BEFORE I BREAK IT DOWN!”

Lixian screams and starts sobbing.

Reo huffs, and follows her pulling her away from the door, “Get the fuck out! Before I do something I’ll regret.”

(Reo. . . You’re too sweet to hit another person—)

The woman pushes Reo to the ground, growling. “Like what?!”

Reo huffs, getting up.

(Hmm. . . Lets say he texted his dad and is stalling for him to get there and go dad mode-)

The woman keeps banging on the door, screaming at Lixian. Crying and more terrified screaming could be heard from behind the door.

Reo pushes her away from the door, growling.

(Inside, he’s like PAPAAA-)

Soon, Harold bursts in, growling and restraining the woman.

She kicks and screams, throwing curses everywhere.

Reo bites his lip, looking back at the door.

Harold growls and pulls the woman out of the house. Police sirens started going off outside.

Lixian whines, sobbing.

Reo rushes into Lixian’s room, “Shhhh. . . Lixian, it’s okay, I’m right here for you, it’s okay. . .”

Lixian was hyperventilating, trembling with fear.

Reo crouches down, staying a few feet away, “Lixian. . . It’s okay, she’s gone.” He murmurs softly.

Lixian whimpers, covering his head.

Reo doesn’t move, watching him, “LIxian. . . Look at me, it’s okay.”

Lixian looks up at him, tears streaming down his cheeks.

Reo smiles softly, “It’s okay, she’s gone. I won’t let her ever touch you again, okay?”

(The second bruise on his cheek-)

Lixian looks to the door, frowning when he hears the sirens.

Reo hums, “Look at me. . . Please, Lixian. . . Don’t think about that. . .”

Lixian whimpers, looking at him.

“It’s okay, she’s gone. SHe’ll never touch you again. I promise. . .”

Lixian hugs his legs closer to himself.

Soon, there was a knock on the door. A cop stands there, “Can I please talk to Lixian?”

Reo looks at Lixian, “Do you want to talk?” He asks gently.

Lixian flinches, staring at the cop.

He sighs, “I can talk to anyone else if he can’t speak.”

Reo sighs, “No one here knows much. . .” He dips his head, “I don’t even know much.”

The officer frowns, “Did that woman attack you?”

“Only once.” He murmurs, looking away.

The officer nods, then looks at Lixian.

Lixian whines, scooting away.

Reo moves in front of Lixian, blocking him from the officer.

(Reo has too many bruises for just one attack-)

The officer sighs, “I’m guessing he can’t speak right now?”

Reo nods, “I told you.” He stands, crossing his arms.
