Personality: Virgil is what most people refer to as a troublemaker, he is a force of chaos. Almost everyone hates him, but most of the people are too afraid of his power to do anything against him. His power is the only reason he is still alive, Alice saw his power as a chance to bend her subjects to her will and force them to do things.
Magic: His power allows him to manipulate people’s fears and use it to incapacitate them. He can wrap them in an illusion of their worst fear, he can use it to control them and see into their minds.
