Name: Virgil Contraal
Age: 24
Background: "That is none of your concern, thank you very much."
Power/s: His power allows him to manipulate people’s fears and use it to incapacitate them. He can wrap them in an illusion of their worst fear, he can use it to control them and see into their minds.
How they learned about there powers: He had a panic attack at a school activity, when he did everyone in the room felt his fear times ten. They were driven to their knees with how afraid he was, multiple people were harmed (Some y their own hands) because he was afraid and therefore they were too.
Personality: He will do anything to keep up his villainous persona, literally anything. But once you get to know him he is a soft teddy bear that will do anything for his close friends. He is still a bit of an ass when you get to know him, but he's a nicer ass if that helps.
Looks: Virgil has dark brown hair that is dyed black at the end, it borders a narrow face with pale skin and a bunch of freckles. He has a thin, lanky frame and long narrow fingers. He is very, very tall, standing at almost 6'6 and has a permanent smirk that displays sharp teeth.
Outfit: He wears a large black sweatshirt with a faded band name on it, some ripped jeans, black combat boots, and a silver scarf if it gets cold out. (Or if he just wants to wear something with a bit more color)
Hobbies:
Teacher/Student: Student
Weaknesses: He is physically unable to sleep or feel his own fear.
Strengths: Well, he now has more of a control over his powers…
Other: He is blind.

He killed one of his best friends… It haunts him to this day.

Ooh, I just read yours… Virgil senses fear and spreads it like a blanket, he can see someone's worst fear and trap them in an illusion of it. He can only do this with fear so the similarities shouldn't be a problem.//

Have you watched The Gifted though? It's a show about teen mutants and they still have killing. (Sorry If I sound rude it's just that the killing part is a major point of his backstory.)
(Yeah I understand (I haven’t watched it) however if you could change it slightly to imply the suicide without actually saying it, that would be preferred)
