So basically there's this breakdancing club that someone made for people to let off steam. No one really knows anyone else's identities, they put on different clothes and make up a name…
Anyways so like there can be romance between some and shenanigans happen.)

What about a group of kids who discovered they were able to control an element. They found a dragon and bonded with it. Something happened and they were forced to sleep for 100 years. They wake up to find them selves under bright lights, being tested on. The rest of the story is then running away from the scientists
