As the title said i'm hoping to get a better sense of what I need to improve on for this character since I plan on using her a lot for rps and writings.

Looks great! Only one suggestion.
Height/weight/body type: This is super hard to get right. If you want her to be a curvy 5'3", she would naturally be a little heavier than 130lbs. If you mean curvy in the usual sense of the word, anyway.
Other than that, intriguing! Well done :)
[Edit: just went back and looked, and it looks like I left pretty much this exact same critique on one of your other characters previously XD I guess I'm just sticky about this. sorry about that! But it's a good sign when you only ever have one flaw, that's nearly perfect!]
