Race: I'm not gonna ask my typical question actually (what human race she is), but what do you mean by mutated? Mutated part what? Just curious, because it's not completely clear.
Mannerisms: Those are great, but adding more would be awesome! Does she have a facial tick, maybe like forced blinking, or nose scrunching? Same goes for flaws, deepening them will deepen her!
Prejudices: So maybe more on the lines of constricting and controlling leaders/dictators.
Conditions: That's suppose to mean for mental health conditions just an fyi. So does she have any medical stuff? Insomnia, ADHD, or depression? If not, than it's cool. There's plenty of other ones too!
Favorites: Why are her favorites her favorite? It's something I ask everyone, and I'd love to get to see why!

Conditions: OCD, I feel like that is for sure part of him. You mention a few times about having to be in charge, and his precise actions. You could always look into it more, but I'd say that's part of his character.
Favorites: You've got it for almost all of them, but adding reasons he likes the things he does! It adds a little detail you can keep for yourself.

Looks: 128 - 156 lbs for the weight, just thought I'd give it to you. Hair For this, is it like salt and pepper style? Race I'd include his nationality, just so you have an idea where he's from. Though that's up to you ahah
Clothing: I like his class~ Lol, looks good!
Personality: That is… really well written. I totally understand his character, it just fits perfectly. You did an excellent job my friend~
Note 1: You know, I find him so likeable, yet at the same time not so much. It's a unique trait to 'care for' and control everyone at once. That's just something I find very interesting.
Note 2: I notice a lot of people have names that go together. Like items or music. Just thought it was cool.
