Does anybody wanna be my writing buddies/critiquers?

Just in case y'all don't know what a "writing buddy" is, it's basically people that critique each others' stories. You can critique my people, too. I am a HORRIBLE critiquer, but I need critiques. I have a starter story for y'all, too, but I have characters that need critique. I have a shy lil boi, an awesome girl, a jerk-faced moron, and a sass-hole. That's about all. Anyone wanna join me?

Otis seemed… distracted somehow. Ever since his 2-week old sister died,he'd seemed… sad. Otis was usually shy and extremely reserved. But this just made him almost…depressed. He walked along the street, and paused in the road. He heard a car honk, and a screech of brakes.Otis dragged himself off the road in pain. He pulled his phone out of his pocket, and winced. He slowly dialed his mom's number, and put the phone to his ear.

Annika sat by Otis' hospital bed.
"Wow, Otis. I've never had a friend who's been hit by a car before. Great job!" Otis playfully hit her. "Oh, shut up." he said quietly,with a small smile on his face. Annika pulled down Otis' covers.
"Move over, car target. Lemme sign your leg."
