Feedback on my Prince??

I know there are some obvious things I need to fix about him but I want to know so far how is he and if there's anything I hadn't noticed. I'm still working on him so yeah…

• About the end of the shoulder blade length and styled as in obvious cleaned, brushed, and cut very lavishly, and contains an interesting amount of braids and beads.
• He was intended to have a "perfect" feel to him. He's been a Prince almost all of what he can remember. He was raised being meticulously cleaned and cared for.
• Yay!! The intended effect has happened!
• Okay so his limp is also a key to a part of his mind that he doesn't know about consciously. It was caused by an incident that occurred when he was a small child. He's constantly told different variations on the event, some wildly different and some eerily similar. This is something that happened when he was about 4 or 5 and it was just his mother's Year Anniversary for being sworn in to being the Kien. There was a radical group of followers and conspiracists who planned against Janawa, thinking she rigged the competition. And yeah, the competition was rigged to have Janawa win, but she didn't know. This radical infiltrated the press, one posing as her children's training instructor. One day, the training instructor received instructions to start the plan, and he kidnapped Janawa's children. Only Janawa was aware of the events since she received a letter stating the requirements of their return. She followed almost all of their demands until they reached the last requirement. She refused to do it. In return, the radical group took her last child, just an infant, and threw the baby off a cliff into rough and rocky seas. Killing it. She still refused. They took her third child, just a toddler, and threw her off that same ledge. The child survived but is mute and "slow". She still refused, they took her second child (Talrius), and threw him over the cliff. Talrius landed on a ledge along the cliff that the other two siblings barely missed and just nicked. He survived but damaged his leg badly since he landed on it first. She finally caved when they threatened her first child. Then was a loud flash followed by a bang, all of those Radical Group Members were dead and horribly mangled beyond recognition. The remaining children were rescued, mind-hacked to believe it was an odd training accident or just non-existent at all. So yeah… long story short, Talrius landed on his leg and crushed it
• Motivations are to learn more about the world he was isolated from. To hopefully meet amazing people that can clear up what really happened, unbiased. Knowledge of all the pieces of the correct events and history, correct cultures, correct people. He's an anthropologist in the heart.
• Basically, think lower college level to intermediate, except without regarding technologies after the 16th century. He liked to focus more on the "human" elements of this world.
