The title pretty much describes the glitch. It seems to happen in both Firefox and Edge, but does not affect Android browsers. I have included a screencap.

Thanks! I have a bigger redesign of the forums coming soon that should better address this, but for the time being I've gone ahead and just moved the form down a bit in tonight's release to compensate for when titles overflow. That should be a good short-term solution with a better one coming soon!
