Where the notification thing is right next to discussions, there is the blue block that signifies you have a pm. Mine says I have 1/1400 notifs in the blue box thing
Does that make sense, I'm sorry if it doesn't
I am unable to screenshot on here so I hope my explanation is adequate.

I'm getting that too, but I think it's just because of some maintenance that's currently going on right now?
