How do I make a comment a photo?

So, I've seen multiple people comment on things using photos. How does this work?

Basically, search whatever picture up you want to use, then copy the image address and then paste it in the chat box. The result should be a comment with your picture included.
This same thing applies to gifs and videos (except with videos, copy the url directly).
