how do I make things public?

I'm sorry, I just have no Idea and I need help.

1. Navigate to the page you wish to make public.
2. Click the Sharing button. (It can be found right underneath the page header on the right and it looks like three connected dots.)
3. On the popup which appears, click the slider next to the page name to change its privacy setting to public.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the popup and click CLOSE.
