I deleted the notes category, but then added it again. I want it to be at the end of the category list, but it won't stay there when I drag it and drop it in edit fields.
Any ideas?

I had the same issue here. But sadly, due to another person's insight on this issue, @andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s suggestion for a fix sadly does not work.
