I cancelled my subscription and it charged me for a whole month of premium that I'm not gonna get to use...

My bill was set to renew on April 9th, 2021. I canceled my subscription just now, and it charged me for a whole month from April 5th to May 5th, even though I no longer have access to the Premium subscription.

wow, that's tuff! How much did it charge you for the whole month?

$7.00; it told me it gave me the $9.00 one month subscription, but that it deducted $2 since I canceled my previous plan before it ended. What I don't understand is why I got double-charged since I still don't even get the premium subscription…

Which, I mean, it's just seven bucks, but it still sucks that I lost that money and I can't even use my premium now. -_-

Dang, that sucks, sorry to hear that :(. Maybe they should try working on the billing process or something so that doesn't happen again.

Yea, it could just be a glitch or something, so they might want to check out what it is. I may not repurchase any subscriptions until they do. But, oh well; it could be worse. Thanks for acknowledging my odd little predicament.
